Pomona Inn

Everything in the advertising and reviews claiming a lovely stay are false. The main office smells like urine, the pool was filled in, it was clearly a motel for those actively using drugs. The room was HOT, no A/C, little lighting, bare. I took one look and left using the staircase with sagging/unstable flooring. Bad area, bad place to go.

Desde que llegué el encargado me dijo que no estaba mi reservación me tocó que pagar de nuevo la habitación y la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado las cobijas estaban en mal estado junto con las toallas y el papel sanitario estaba usado incluso sucio fue la peor experiencia que tuve

The staff wasn't the best and they wouldn't process my reservation so i ended up paying extra for a room

Nothing one of the room didn't have a chair or table the heater was so noisy we couldn't sleep and the tv control remotes didn't even worked

Place was great ! Front office staff are very nice and helpful ! Stayed accouple of nights room was good bed was good shower good . The property is nice and secured place was safe . Will be going back !

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I arrived and immediately noticed how dirty the place was. After about 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby I was finally able to get someone to help me with the check in. The employee behind the desk was having trouble finding my reservation and after about another 15 minutes he was finally able to give me my key to the room. I walked in and immediately noticed a foul smell in the room and holes in the sheets. There were no dressers or drawers in the room, not even a small table. There were spider webs in every corner of the room and dust everywhere. The toilet barely worked and the sink in the bathroom sprayed water everywhere. I understand this is on the cheaper side of hotels but you couldn’t pay me to stay here. Seriously, the health inspectors should shut this place down and the owners should feel ashamed of themselves for charging people to stay in such a filthy place. I did not feel comfortable staying here so I ended up checking out the same night and stayed at another hotel across town. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel to stay in or honestly stay on the streets since it’s probably cleaner. I would give this place 5 stars if I was a cockroach.

Quiet place.

Id like a full refund of my money because I wasn't able to check in or even stay inside the room. I slept outside the motel because of the fact is that they wanted me to pay an extra $159 for a deposit but the website at booking. Com didn't even mention anything about a deposit. So id like a full refund of my money That it didn't mention Anything about paying any deposit when arriving to the location. Which is bull crap so I basically lost out at $131 because of that

The people running this establishment were very nice. Their rooms are clean. Very basic room somewhat comfortable bed fairly decent shower.

Nothing The exterior was covered in beer cans and trash and the interior was somehow worse with no towels and actual comforters on the bed. I will be seeking a refund for the horrid condition. Pictures available!!

I did not get to stay at this property due to missing a flight on Expedia. The hotel said they can't reimburse me and Expedia did not help either, so I lost my payment.
