Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass

Quick stay. Hotel was nice. Had a restaurant, which we didn’t eat at, but it’s handy to have. Staff was great. Place is well taken care of. Hit the spot for what we needed. Pets are welcome.

I really enjoyed my stay here.The hotel is cleaned well maintain and the staff is amazing. The pillows in the hotel are flat and need to be replaced. That is my only complaibt. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. The amenities were nice, but Hilton is really time to get some more pillows. As an oversall, I would give fivthis hotel a 5 star rating. I will come again and visit.

Great place to stay. Very close to TPC Sawgrass for a golf trip. Walking distance to restaurants -and shopping as well

I always stay here when in town because it’s comfortable and convenient to so many things. And the staff are always wonderful

Nice hotel & clean .

I didn't like there was no room service, and no cup or glass refreshments. Which led us to drink what is probably overpriced bottles of water. We also didn't like that one poor waitress was working at Mulligans Pub. We tried ordering room service but she was the only one. Which is unprofessional. Her service was great, but she was overworked.

Was there for just two days but had great time.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned on day 2 therefore the water and coffee were not restocked. The a/c is an older system and room was very humid

This hotel is consistently my go-to hotel when traveling for business to Ponte Vedra. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well designed with plenty of room. Mulligans being attached is great for a cold beer and/or a great burger. Best place at a great value for your dollar.

Great workout room. Coffee was again the morning but out by 8:00 am.

The cleanness and the quietness of the hotel. There were no dislikes of this hotel. I will return to this hotel the next time I am in the area.

Location

For a hilton, it was a little scummy. Carpets dirty. They dont control people yelling after midnight. Parking fee is kind of ridiculous when you have to park in the shopping plaza next store. First time we did a Hilton and wished we had done the Hampton instead

Everything was excellent. I will definitely be back to stay again when I’m in the area.
