The property was next to the outlet mall.

Floors were dirty and sticky. Staff was ok, but not great. Wasn’t sure about the breakfast or coffee, whether it was included.

Breakfast is not free. It’s not worth what they’re charging. It’s on the level with the free continental breakfast typically served in lower hand hotels..

The hotel was perfect in all the aspects.

Clean room. Staff was great.

Enjoyed my night and the staff were great. The hallway and elevator has a strange smell which wasn’t pleasant. The bathroom still had hair from the previous occupant so hopefully it’ll be cleaner next time.

For a road side stop it’s great

It’s a little outdated you can see rust on the ceiling in the seam of the bathroom door and on the shelves in the bathroom

The staff were all very friendly and responsive to requests. The gym is beautiful, the pool is clean and well maintained, maybe not the most esthetic. The rooms were very clean. Our room was waiting for a part to fix the automatic shade control so we weren’t able to open the shade BUT the nice maintenance manager did come to our room to explain the situation AND they offered to change our room (we declined, that’s on us). Additionally, we checked in hours earlier than they expected and they were able to give us a clean room right away instead of making us wait several hours with nowhere to go. If we had checked in later they likely would have been able to give us a room with a working shade. The location is wildly convenient in relation to the airport, shopping and restaurants. They do have a nice looking restaurant/bar but we were out most of the time and did not have the chance to experience either. Overall, very pleasant stay. I would stay there again.

this was a very nice property. If I am back in that area, I will look to stay there again.

Room magnificently clean and staff superb.

Hotel was located just off the highway so very convenient. Lots of food options close. And the hotel had food and a bar which was great! Room was lovely and the bed comfortable.

Could have been cleaned better. Hair on bed sheets, hair in bathroom and closet had dirt all over floor of it never swept out. Carpet stained and dirty

It was clean. It was comfortable, but they fed me a line of crap when I was in a very bad situation. I did not like how they made me think one thing like they were helping me and then I didn’t know until a day later they had way overcharged me so I will never be back there
