Holiday Inn & Suites Savannah Airport - Pooler by IHG

Hotel was located just off the highway so very convenient. Lots of food options close. And the hotel had food and a bar which was great! Room was lovely and the bed comfortable.

Could have been cleaned better. Hair on bed sheets, hair in bathroom and closet had dirt all over floor of it never swept out. Carpet stained and dirty

The hotel was nice, staff was super friendly. Lobby was very clean. Room was nice, but the shower could've been cleaned a little better and there was s0me mold around the shower.

The stay overall was OK. However, there were some things that were not great. There was a very weird unpleasant smell in the halls and elevator. Our shower made a very loud screeching noise. The staff did their best and they were very friendly but a lot of times they seemed very confused and disorganized.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful but they have a terrible property to deal with. Housekeeping is abysmal. We found food crumbs in-between the sheets when we turned back the comforter to go to bed ... disgusting! The staff promptly moved us to another room and apologized. It was apparent that 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order when we checked in ... no signage but it took so long for the elevator to arrive and it was always the same elevator that came. Other guests were talking about it. We awoke the next morning, gathered all our belongings to check out only to discover BOTH elevators were out of order. Our room was on the 4th floor and, aside from our luggage, we had 2 bikes we had to take down 4 flights of stairs! The staff, once again, stepped up to help, but the inoperable elevators was inexcusable and dangerous!! What would happen if someone had a medical emergency or was wheelchair bound? They knew 1 elevator was down for at least 24 hours ... why was that not being repaired immediately? We will never stay here again.

check in was a little slow, and rooms weren't ready by 3 PM check in, but not too bad of a wait to get to our room. Breakfast was OK, didn't use amenities as it was a very short stay, but overall a good quick overnight stop to get to our final destination.

The facility was very clean and easy access to pool and weight room. The staff Tranae in house keeping was very attentive and helpful. She did a great job on cleaning bout room and restocking needed items. Ms Grace at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Malaysia was the greatest. She was very helpful on both days of our stay. She was very knowledgeable about the amenities, facility and questions about the point system and the local area. Great staff!!

It's been my best hotel to stay at on my way down to Florida every summer since they recently opened.

Is there any way to have a low brite light for the bathroom? When you go in there at night, the bright lights are painfully bright.

The hotel looks nice.But services are lousy if they don't clean the rooms. I will never stay there again

Exceptional staff! Great and safe location.

The best part of my stay was check in with Mr. Ernest. He was polite, courteous and helpful. He answered my questions and offered suggestions. Each time I entered through the doors he acknowledged me by name. I was very impressed. This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you for a great stay Mr. Ernest :)!!

We had to wait to check in due to them having issues we could not check in until after 7pm we had not enough wash clothes and towels as they were low and the hot water was not hot

The hotel was great, staff was great and very pleasant. We booked based on the reviews and the pool which we could not use. It was really dirty so we were unable to use that.

A great place to stay close to downtown Savannah. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Front office staff very nice.
