Staff is very attentive and friendly; however, the room was not as expected. Mattress was in bad shape on one side, rendering it uncomfortable. Toilet needed flushing several times, and there was marijuana odor in the corridor at some point.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice clean room. Unfortunately elevator wasn’t working.

Staff was very helpful, but the property is old and pretty rundown. Pool was out of order, and the elevator was also not working the following morning when we left. Breakfast was pretty sparse but functional. Rooms are fine if you’re just pulling in after supper and staying the night and leaving the next day.

It was a decent stay. Our room was fine the microwave was not the cleanest and the days I stayed the elevator was always shut down? My last day before checking out a gentleman was in the elevator when we asked if we could use it we were told in a minute when clearly the man just got off the elevator with a Walmart buggy. That was frustrating due to the fact the elevator was not being used once he got off. As a hotel they should help their guests being on the third floor having to walk down the stairs is super frustrating. Overall the staff were okay, I got stared down when I looked at what ice cream they had. I felt racially profiled. It was a decent stay but I wouldn’t stay here again personally

Everything was fantastic beside the amenities and room shower temp. Water in our room wouldn't get hot, the elevator was constantly breaking down, and the pool wasn't able to be used although advertised as open online.

It was ok for the price. Only thing is the pool was out of order.

Kindly asked the staff if they would clean the room but they refused. The swimming pool was full of green fungus water. Was told the pool would be cleaned at 10 am that Saturday, never an attempt was made. Management told my daughter there were no other rooms available but a lady came in while we was up front and she gave her a room without reservation. I cannot understand why we are utilizing grocery carts up and down the hallway to change the linen and not using a cart with all the needed material to have the tools to clean the rooms in the appropriate manner. This is a hotel that I will never ever return to. I will fill a consumer affairs report on this company. Everyone should be aware before they enter this establishment..

Not what pictures showed when booking. Had loose bathroom tile, bathtub moved, and our last night we woke up to water leaking from the ceiling into the bathroom floor. Poor towel and amenities service. Pool closed at 9:30 during the hot summer months. Would not recommend the stay .

Cereal and toast only for breakfast.

The Day management ask "whats wrong with him" and "what is he doing" about my 18yo non Verbal autistic son who was hugging me repeatedly. The same Male Manager tried to deny me 4 pool towels for my Family because he is "front desk" and only because of his realization of how inappropriate his First Question/Comment about my Son was he Ultimately gave me his precious towels. He then went on to ask is another of my Female Family members was "the same way" as i was going to the pool. The afternoon management was a couple were very polite and the lady was actually very sweet. I was Bitten by what I believe was a Bedbug early morning on my last day at the property (room 209).

Very easily to find. The beds were outdated and need to be replaced. Squeaky. The floors were peel and stick. Carpeted hallway. Carpets were nasty and had what looked like broken pipe glass.

Down sides: Don’t check in early, $30 fee. The TV went half dark on first day and couldn’t be repaired. The pool was cloudy and full of leaves and petals from close trees and crepe Myrtle’s. Overall, decent for the money.

Perfect, simply perfect

Room smelled like smoke. Mold under the sink. Pull out bed visible stains and sheets not even changed. Food debris/hair etc in drawers so don't use those either. If we didn't have our dog we would have left.
