Great stay, very friendly staff! Very clean, probably one of the cleanest Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. Would definitely stay again, when traveling.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and tasty. The location was near everything we needed.

Clean establishment, can’t speak on the amenities as I was only there for a night.

It was unbearable. It doesn’t look like it had been wiped down in a long time. The toilet was stained, the shower walls had brown marks all over, corners had mold. Pool was nice and breakfast was nice.

Hotel is in a great location. No issues at all.

I had a little problem with the room, but the staff took care of it. They were very professional, quick, and polite. The stay was great. My family enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The AC was not working properly and it was hot and stuffy all night. Beds appeared rumpled and one pillow actually had a head shaped indention. Toilet tank was cracked 6" and the toilet ran constantly. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, too soft and springy. We checked in late and exhausted for 1 night or would have requested a different room. Breakfast was adequate. A cheaply done "facelift" looks like it was done and the workmanship is poor. I would not recommend staying here nor would I stay here again. Very disappointing since reviews were all great comparatively.

The cleanest hotel in Pooler! Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. Quiet property. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Hurry to this hotel. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend this property!

Clean rooms and good breakfast. We stayed here on our way to Jacksonville for a cruise. Would definitely stay here again.

Negatives: The pool was closed (we booked this hotel for the pool), the TV remote didn’t work (it took an hour for the staff to get it replaced/fixed), and the breakfast coffee machine was “out of order” (we had to buy coffee at Starbucks). We would like a total refund.
