Comfort Inn & Suites Savannah Airport

This is a really nice hotel in a great area. Literally a stones throw from the airport, good food options and shopping. The staff is laid back, but very helpful if you go to them with a question or concern. If you are a walker, there is a really nice walking path that you can take to get your steps in. The only thing that I wish they had was transportation to and from the airport.

Room was clean and comfortable. Noise level was very good. I would recommend this motel for travelers. Close to food and shopping.

This hotel chain is usually pretty consistent, which is why we chose it. Perhaps this was just an unfortunate outlier.

Found a dirty bandage in the ice cup in our "clean" room. The ice machine also broke while we were there. The food ran out during breakfast but was replenished after 20 minutes. The rest of the hotel was clean, and the staff was professional. Beds were extremely comfortable. 4/5 quality, 1/5 ice experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and tasty. The location was near everything we needed.

It was unbearable. It doesn’t look like it had been wiped down in a long time. The toilet was stained, the shower walls had brown marks all over, corners had mold. Pool was nice and breakfast was nice.

I had a little problem with the room, but the staff took care of it. They were very professional, quick, and polite. The stay was great. My family enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The AC was not working properly and it was hot and stuffy all night. Beds appeared rumpled and one pillow actually had a head shaped indention. Toilet tank was cracked 6" and the toilet ran constantly. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, too soft and springy. We checked in late and exhausted for 1 night or would have requested a different room. Breakfast was adequate. A cheaply done "facelift" looks like it was done and the workmanship is poor. I would not recommend staying here nor would I stay here again. Very disappointing since reviews were all great comparatively.

The cleanest hotel in Pooler! Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. Quiet property. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Hurry to this hotel. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend this property!
