The stay was great nice and friendly staff would recommend 👌

It was clean. It just wasn't in good shape. Also the poor night staff had to run front desk, shop, and do guest service runs.

Close to where we needed to be Bathroom needed some cosmetic work. Hot tub was not open, breakfast was mediocre. Eggs were not hot.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Thank you for an awesome stay. Oh and Anna said thank you for the stuff treat as well.

Excellent staff from checking in, all through our stay, and checkout! Everything was ready when we arrived, quick and easy! Every staff member greeted with a smile. The staff alone make this the hotel to stay when you're in Port Orange! We had a suite with a separate bedroom. It was clean, and neat. We will gladly stay here again. Only complaint, but for is the bacon was too crispy, and crunchy for us. Otherwise we have no complaints!

Location was great, price was good Run down look of furniture in the hallways, broken wall liners in the elevators (both), room door stuck badly, could barely force open and close, toilet mounting bolts where loose, walls had holes and scuff marks, pool water wasn’t clear, vomit on walkway to front door, just generally not great

We stayed for a week at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. Jessica at the front desk was the most amazing staff member I have ever encountered at a hotel. The rooms were great and cleaned daily. The laundry facility and pool were excellent amenities for a long stay. The breakfast was good and the location was super quiet and safe. I will always choose to stay here when visiting Port Orange, and so should you.

Clean and safe

The staff was amazing especially tieyra and Aryana were amazing pray with my kid gave us amazing recommendations absolutely loved our stay there

The hotel says that has a jacuzzi but it doesn't work.

The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets & bedspread were clean however the bathroom floor and tub had not been cleaned for our visit. Otherwise, the room was spacious and very nice.

I thought the breakfast was lacking. The biscuit was hard & the eggs were cold.
