The employees make you feel like family. And are willing to help in any way possible. Hard to communicate with house keeping. Ended up asking for towels a broom or maybe a vacuum. The lobby and kitchen area is kept immaculately clean. Breakfast’s always cooked fresh.

The facility is in dire need of cleaning and repair ..the beds have some kind of metal frame and every move in the bed caused a loud metal screech ..mold on tub caulking ..I made desk attendant aware of the room condition …I would not stay there unless a serious remodel took place. I did read reviews prior and once I left I found it hard to believe anyone gave it a 10/10 or any greater than a 3/10..beware
