staff was very helpful.

It was basic.
-
It was a quiet place.

Went to the front desk and was told that maintenance reported the ac fix and the toilet was unclogged. There was still toilet paper floating in the water. I checked out immediately. Never going back!

I cancelled this reservation 3Xs. I was still charged!

I would rate the room 3 out of 5 stars. While the issues were relatively minor, there were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns. I noticed mild mold in the bathtub and around the sink, the bed comforters had visible tears, and the bathroom exhaust vent was broken. We also experienced a drainage issue, but I appreciate that maintenance responded promptly and resolved it during our stay. The staff was great and the breakdown was ok.

The hotel was broken, dirty, and rundown. It smelled like chlorine and smoke as soon as you walked in. Our room also smelled the same. The room was outdated, and felt dirty. The toilet wasn't flushed and things were rusted and stained. It looks like one of the outlets burned. We were only staying one night and I couldn't afford to book another room so we managed. We checked out the pool even though we had no intentions of swimming. The pool looked dirty and the hot tub had all kinds of stuff floating in it. I would never stay here again. I'd rather sleep in the car.

Overall was a nice stay. Staff was friendly and helpful

The room had damp carpet, the AC never cooled the room at night, the windows were paint white, we weren't able to look out the window, the noise of the highway was very loud, the dinning area was always hot! The staff was kind and friendly! I

For $250 the tub should not have been clogged up the spa hot tub should have worked it not swimming with other people's skin cells in it and went online and pay for a room with a jacuzzi which was showed to me actually it said it was only five rooms left with those Jacuzzi rooms so I am the renting one of them and it cost me $250 to get there they didn't have no room for that all of a sudden it just was all the way around terrible I would not recommend this property to anyone anything I should at least get $150 back off that room because that's how terrible it was if I wanted to stay in the projects I would have just paid $61 to stay in the rinky dank hotel

My personal opinion is a 10/10! The staff were all very friendly and willing to help, I never had to wait long if I needed help from staff. We opted out of house keeping but they would ask if we needed anything which was appreciated. The breakfast was hot and there were plenty of options. The pool was typically not busy which was nice for when we utilized it. We were left unbothered and heard very little from outside of our room. The best part was definitely having the hot tub in the room and the bed was huge! I would stay here again for sure!

Breakfast was excellent, really enjoyed it.
-
The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly. The only concern was that the water pressure at the bathroom sink was extremely low.

All around good

We were greeted by Joaquin when we arrived around 10pm for our check-in. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We liked how close this hotel was to the friends we were visiting. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We would have liked to used the pool, but it closed at 9pm and weren’t able to get back by then to use it.

Only issue is slow elevator. Otherwise nice place

Location Elevator going down didn't work and a dog barking late night on the 4th floor

Breakfast tasted like powdered eggs and microwavable old bacon. AC is room 426 didn't work great, room felt very muggy. Door sticked so it was hard to open and close.
