We only stayed one night and everything was very nice until we realized the air conditioner didn’t work, but I called the front desk and she got us into another room and everything was great.

Went down 8 am for breakfast and the only food left was eggs. That's it.

When we arrived at the room it had the trash from the past guest! I reported it to the front desk! She was very helpful but she didn’t get response from the manager at all! I thought someone was going to clean the room the next day and they didn’t!

The kitchen in the one bedroom suite had lots of roaches. Lost track of the number. But somewhere in the 12-15 range.
