Breakfast was equally disappointing. We came down around 7:30 AM, before checkout, and the coffee was already out. The sausage had some kind of liquid filling, and the oatmeal was watery and unappetizing. Given the room conditions, we decided not to stay for our second night. I contacted Expedia, and after being told the hotel had been contacted and the issue “escalated,” I never received confirmation of any resolution. While on my cruise, I received an email stating a refund would not be issued. Overall, this was a terrible experience both in terms of the property’s condition and the lack of accountability from Expedia and the hotel in resolving it. I would not recommend this hotel or expect a fair resolution process through this Expedia booking. I appreciated Kim’s help

This is a reasonable clean stay. There is a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, a dish washer with the soap, microwave, and a coffee pot. There's a spacious family room with a pullout sleeping couch that can sleep 3 people/kids. There is a pool, laundry service, free breakfast. Your children can make waffles for breakfast. There are handicap rooms and walk in showers. Across the street on the main highway is a huge strip mall with a million things to do and eat. There's a Chipotle, Walmart with groceries and a liquor wine section, Panda, Wendys, McDonald's, Miller Ale which is ok and has a bar. There's a Texas Roadhouse, a Publix, food galore. Name it they got. There's a Marshalls, Ross, spas, haircut and the list goes on. Whether you stay a day or longer it gets the job done. It's not a 5 star but family and senior friendly. TV in the room. This is helpful to put on a cartoon for fussy kits. There's a meeting room as well. The front desk especially Ms. Kim were amazing. Hospitality 5 star. Amenities for the regular family is 5 star. Ice maker in your fridge. Please keep your room clean. The service is good, but people should do their part so these properties stay nice

We book this hotel to have the kitchenette. The kitchen was dirty. There was crumbs and leftover food on the kitchen counter. The utensils were filthy you had to wash them before using. The floor was dirty. Also, the pool had floating cigarettes in the water. Also, our air filter for the air conditioner was extremely filthy. I don’t think it’s ever been replaced since the building was built.

Rooms were spacious with full kitchens, beds were comfortable. Our AC wasn’t very cold at night however, for the price the room was great!
