Nothing. After check-in I was already looking for another place to sleep. Check-in was a disaster. The front desk was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. They treated us like an inconvenience, not guests. The hotel is listed as dog-friendly on Booking — it is not. They made it a problem instead of a normal stay. The room was dirty. A bottle of water was $3. The whole arrival felt cheap and sloppy. The staff at check-in set the tone for the entire night, and it was trash.

We stay here all the time & love the staff. The shower head needed to be replaced and the desk light was burnt out. Little things like that don’t bug me, because they are minor. The staff is so sweet! One of the best hotels in the area!!!

I got to the hotel after a long day of travel. I prepaid for room. The Hilton honors app did not work for checkin and the front desk was unattended for 2 hours at least. I waited in the lobby for at least 45 minutes to an hour, called many times, and only after exhausting every option to find another room in the area, did I finally get someone on the phone that offered no explanation as to why I was without a room or any point of contact until 5 AM. I was late for work, barely got any sleep and was only offered reward points to make up for the inconvenience. Until this is remedied I will never stay at a Hilton property again.

It was local and close to everything, pool was nice, and staff were friendly. However the bed was hard as a rock, no fan in the bathroom, and make sure you buy snacks and drinks before you get here. You would think for the price I paid our shower would have been clean, nice bed and have exhaust fans in the bathrooms! Ask me it was kind of a rip off, but to each their own! Staff was friendly and helpful
