Location was good, room was clean, had everything I needed. Could use some updating but the bed was comfy. Other guests staying were loud, fighting, but the manager stayed on top of it and apologized for any inconvenience. Overall it was a good stay and would go back.

Then we went to our room and found a very large puddle of water leaking from the AC vent, which you could see from the warped wooden TV stand had been leaking for a while. The wood was swollen from the excess moisture on the furniture from the leak. We asked for a new room, which we got, however; when we asked for one more pillow and a couple of extra towels we were given a hard time by the front desk. He initially refused to give us the 2 towels and then stated they do not have any extra pillows available- we didn’t get 2 tiny towels and a sheet. We went in the pool, which was very nice and clean. The outdoor sitting area was nice and they had ambient outdoor string lights, which was also aesthetically pleasing. However, that night while getting ready for bed, both myself & my fiance saw 4 German cockroaches scampering around in the bathroom floor and counter top. It was disgusting. The next morning, our 1 year old daughter, who was sleeping in her pack n’ play that night had another cockroach in the bed with her. We immediately saw it and I was able to squish it before it got away, however, the fact that my daughter literally had a roach in bed with her was unacceptable & absolutely disgusting. Yes, the room was cheap, but roaches scampering around the room while we slept was not something we bargained for. Upon check out, we spoke to the manager and informed him of our experience and concern that the hotel may have an infestation of German roaches. He showed little to no concern regarding the roach crawling in our daughter’s bed, or the roaches in the restroom. We were told we should have taken “photos” or a video of them, and then said they had an issue with roaches a year ago but it has since been resolved. We then asked for a full refund and told him that they most definitely have a roach problem again and need to get a pest control company out ASAP.

The location It was outdated, some of furniture in the room was slightly damaged.

The property was as clean as it could possibly be….. Needs more cosmetic, work inside and out it shows a lot of neglect this place could be amazing and has a lot of potential ..very good cleaning staff ..front desk needs work…… the pool was really nice after we got the trash out and cleaned it ourselves ..microwave did not work

The bedrooms were cheaply kept up. The mattresses were nasty especially the pullout couch. You can definitely feel the bars if you’re sleeping on the pullout bed. The room stink, like pee and a lot of hookers. Probably stay at this hotel.

Great location near the interstate, shopping, grocery stores. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

The parking was good

My room was clean and everything, I preferred to recommending people come over, but only problem is have the breakfast, the don't put enough i came down to get breakfast by 8 am something i didn't get nothing seriously , it not really have enough sandwiches, I did take some bread and coffee for the first time , second time was same , I wished they more breakfast, after that if really clean, the pool outside clean, back yard, also have alot of parking .

The rooms smell like mildew horrible. If this wouldn’t be the case the hotel would not be bad

Very nice manager was pouring rain. Allowed me to park my motorcycle under the cover very understanding very nice very considerate 10 stars for her.

The a/c. It's an extended stay place with all the clientele you'd expect. They charge a $50 deposit and only stayed for 4 hrs, didn't use the bed or shower and they kept my deposit with no explanation. Literally ate there, cleaned up the trash and sat on the couch.

Breakfast was Continental style, very limited in quantity and quality. No room service and room was dirty - especially floors and bathroom. Parking lot had a lot of trash.

The room was dirty in regards to molding grout lines in the shower, burn stains on the floor as soon as you enter the room, the bathroom door trim was falling off, stains on the wash rag, the grb handle in the shower was falling off, the hallway smelt like someone was smoking cigarettes and the carpet on the first floor was stained and extremely dirty. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I have family in the area but won't stay there again.
