It’s near a food truck park and the price was right. Kind of run down and had some sketchy neighbors. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets.

Room space is great The people running the place because on my first night it was supposed to be 85 for the night plus 10 per pet witch I have 2 and got charged 140

Room was clean. Location was relatively close to grocery stores and dining establishments. Some things needed upkeep, repair, replacing.

Ready check in, easy to extend stay. Very friendly staff. There were a couple things that could have been repaired better.

The microwave didnt work the refrigerator didnt get very cold at all. ZERO Hot water for a shower it was ice cold the sink had hot water. I was locked out of my room at 230 am and it took forever to get someone to come help. It was very cold outside.

Absolutely nothing to be honest, the only semi decent amenity was the flat screen tv Everything the room was not what is advertised online. First off I was over charged, by the COCKROACH MOTEL. Second I booked a room with a KING BED and got a QUEEN HARD BOX SPRING. The room was absolutely disgusting nasty, COCKROACHES, BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM ON THE SIDE OF THE SINK. No smoke alarm Godforbid I actually stayed there I wouldn't have been warned of a fire while sleeping, that there is a SAFETY VIOLATION. THE couch looked like it had been soiled by who knows what, I could mention a few, but I'll keep that to myself. The carpet, the stove had no knobs, bare wires sticking out of the wall. I can say I'd rather sleep in my car than ever stay at the Del cockroach Motel. I'm am patiently waiting for a full refund, due to the health hazards this motel has. They should be shut down immediately in my opinion. If I could give negative stars I would cause it doesn't even deserve a 0. ..

Housekeeping didn't make sure everything was in order. Check refrigerator. Soda froze. No cups for brushing teeth.

Nothing Everything is wrong, location, dirty curtains, smelly rooms, dodgy people walking around.. don't waste your money. I give it a zero

The water was warm enough. The heater worked. The tv worked. It had a very avant garde decoration style with holes in the walls. The bathroom was super cozy and I didn't have to take very many steps between the sink and toilet and tub. They have dispensed with towel racks and the like as it didn't match the aforementioned decorations. And it was so cute that they hung up a little hand mirror right there above the sink instead of those big, intimidating mirrors. The bed was also nice and cozy. Who knew that queen beds could come in such smaller sizes? The towels were also sized similarly, but they spared 2 whole pieces for me!

Nothing WE WERE WOKEN UP APPROX 3AM BY THE SOUND OF SOMEONE TRYING TO OPEN OUR DOOR. JUST ABOUT THE TIME I GOT TO THE DOOR IT OPENED....THEY HAD TO OF HAD A KEY TO GET IN. I SLAMMED THE DOOR. THERE WERE 3 MAYBE 4 PEOPLE STANDING OUT FRONT. THEY LEFT AND CAME BACK ATTEMPTING TO ENTER ROOM. WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK NOBODY ANSWERED. WE CHECKED IN ABOUT 11PM AND RETURNED TO KEY IN THE BOX AT 4AM. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. I LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME TO DISCUSS THE INCIDENT THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME. THEY STILL HAVE MY $25 DEPOSIT ON TOP OF THE $91 FOR THE ROOM.VERY SCARY AND FEEL I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FROM. I CAN NOT BELIEVE BOOKING WOULD RECOMMENDS THIS PLACE. UNBELIEVABLE.

they answer the window even when it's late and if you have a problem with TV or something Had an issue with my TV but they took care of it

Being able to sleep somewhere Clearly the employee working must've been tired or had a poor memory because they have no memory of me giving them any payment the night I got in. Came in at 10pm with my little brother for a short stay before dropping him at the airport in the morning. Explicitly stated that I wanted to pay with cash. Gave the worker 2 100$ and my debit card which he said was only for the deposit charge as I had payed upfront. Returns with my room key but as I mentioned earlier must've been tired or had some memory problems as I had to remind him to give me the remaining 85$ change. We get into the room and my autistic little brother was disturbed upon noticing several burned holes on the sheets and blankets of his mattress. Switch the bedding with him and try to forget about it understanding that this is a motel on the cheaper side. Thought whatever you pay for what you get... until I get home and notice they ended up charging me the 114.86 again to my card. So basically payed 230 dollars to stay in a place that slightly traumatized my bro. Try calling the motel multiple times and get told multiple times to call back because the employee on shift isn't there. End up emailing the motel and get given a personal phone number of who I imagine is the manager. Try explaining my situation to him and he sends me what records he has and of course none of those records include my cash payment. In the end he essentially calls me a liar and then proceeds to ignore me. Not sure if I have any recourse of having this resolved but if anyone's thinking of staying here for a quick cheap night think twice. For what I payed I could've stayed at an actual nice hotel with kind staff and presumably a place that actually keeps records of payments because this place sure doesn't.
