I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days!

The staff are friendly and nice The hallway smells bad and no air circulation. The room is spacious but the smoke from the hallway is getting inside the room. Makes the air congestion and un breathable.

The hotel is old but in good repair. The bed was firm and Comfortable. There was cigarette smoke smell in the stairwells and the hallways but my room smelled clean. Sketchy homeless people walking outside but the property owners can’t control that

This is a bare bones facility, but the price reflects that. No coffee or ice is available, the place is run down but fairly clean. The staff are helpful and it's conveniently located close to the airport and Providence Health Center. If you like Asian food, there many options close by.

The staff, Glen,Dawn, and Michael were very nice and helpful. The room was okay, no amenities. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy. The hotel is an old building that had squeaky floors and you could hear your neighbors.

The room was clean. The tv worked. The furniture and towels were very worn. No shampoo, lotion, facial tissue etc. Super basic.

It's close by They wanted my guest to have an id even though the room was booked with just my name I don't think they should be able to id anyone but the person renting the room

Price was within my budget and close to an event my daughter and grandchildren were going to that night. It was a convenient location for my daughter to drop me off at. When checking in the guy at the counter was not very pleasant. He was counting cash and he didn't ask if I could wait until he was finished, he merely told me I had to wait. Once he was done I told him that I reserved a room with a king size bed. He asked if I had a pet (I specifically said when reserving the room that it had to be pet friendly) so I said yes 2 small dogs. He said that there would be a $50 deposit when online it said there would be no charges for pets. I asked if that would be refundable? he then called either the manager or owner. The owner said that it had to be a downstairs room and that they had no king rooms and then charged me the same amount for a room with 2 double beds which was listed at lower price. It was a room with indoor outdoor carpet and the entrance was inside. Not sure of the purpose of downstairs. Checkout time was not 12:00 as listed it was actually 11:00am. The room was not very clean, the refrigerator was dirty and bedspread was torn. It looked like a child did all the maintenance and repairs. The wifi was down for over an hour. I could hear every move that the people made staying in the room above me. There was a lady that checked me out and went and inspected my room for over 20 minutes. When she came back she said that there was a wet spot on the floor. I explained that I had spilled some water while trying to make ice in plastic ziplock bags, since they had no ice machine and didn't furnish ice trays for the refrigerator. Then she said that there was a brown stain on one the hand towels. At that point the manager/owner came out and said he didn't think it could come out in the wash. I told him it was only makeup and told him I have no problems removing makeup with a little bleach. He wanted to deduct $1.25 from my deposit. I laughed and stated that is fine he came do that as long as he refunded to me the $4.00 that he overcharged me for the room.
