Comfort Inn & Suites Post Falls - Coeur dAlene West

Either newly renovated or new rooms with vinyl tile I stead of carpet with I loved. Quiet aircon and a nice pool.

The tv app basically the tv is outdated not able to watch netflix and just relied no the cable

Our room didn’t have the necessary linen to accommodate the double beds. When we asked for pillows, they told us it would be hours until we could have them because they were washing, at this point it was 8pm. We proposed they go get pillows from another room and were told they couldn’t since those rooms needed to be guest ready. Our room wasn’t guest ready. Around midnight our smoke detector started chirping, first it was every 45min then it started going off every 3 minutes making it impossible for our kids to sleep. They moved us to a downgraded room across the hall that still shared a wall with our prior room where we could still hear the chirping in our room the whole night. We stopped there just to rest on our long drive and we didn’t sleep the entire night. Will never be coming back again.

Our bed was fairly firm. The A/c was very loud. But seemed very clean and rooms have been updated. For the price a good value. In all fairness just passing thru for one night stay. .

I liked this property because it was on the outside of town, but still had many restaurants and bike paths available. The front desk staff were excellent. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is across from a truck stop and we never heard any noise from the trucks. I'd stay there again.

This hotel must have been remodeled fairly recently.

Exceeded my expectations! Staff was amazing and hotel was very clean and modern! The bed was so comfortable!

Hot coffee at 10pm, great price for a two queen and fold out couch.

I liked the comfort and amenities especially the breakfast was very delicious. The pool was dirty and room service did not go in our room to change towels or take garbage.

Very weird physical plant with a two story long building in front and a four story building in back like it had been added onto. Breakfast was fine but very repetitive, no change to selection across three mornings we were there. Furniture and artwork looked like it came from a TJ Maxx for hotels. TV in our room did not work. Seemed recently updated.

This place was very clean and updated. The staff was helpful and incredibly nice. The room had AC and the breakfast was great!

It’s a very quite area felt safe and clean Beds were outdated bathrooms are small and not alot of room to move around

All around top of the line staff was incredible they made you feel like your there priority breakfast was top notch I really loved the town of post falls I highly recommend staying at this hotel if your going to post falls

The room was clean. The shower was really nice. Breakfast was great with lots of options, and the staff was friendly.

Expedia didn't make my reservation for me and I had to do it myself at the property.

Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely stay again!

In the breakfast, have a second waffle maker will be ideal also there was only one person helping in the breakfast section. It was too much for her to refill the ones that ran out; we were always waiting for coffee, milk, etc.

It was a good place to stay

I visited with family and in my room the bed was so hard I could not get any sleep the first night. The second night I was beyond exhaustion so I think my body just shut down. The walls are paper thin and I swear the room next to us never slept as you could here everything they were doing the head board of the room next to us was against our head boards so you can imagine the sound we heard all night. Our rooms never got cleaned but we did ask for clean towels. Check in and check out was smooth. We visited silverwood and plan to go back although I would never book this location again.
