They close the pool at 8pm- on a Friday, which was sad. There is no elevator. The place needs to be vacuumed- daily. It doesn't look like that has happened in a few days/weeks. The bedrooms didn't seem very clean either. I found fuz and hair on the bed. Im not sure the bedding had been changed. Slight smell of urine in the room. The hotel needs a deep cleaning and things need to be repaired and updated. But it did have a nice big TV and the air conditioner worked.

Stained box springs. Headboards were dirty. Bathroom floor has scum and hair in the corners. Walls were dirty. Rugs have seen better days. I understand that the hotel is older however it can still be kept clean and maintained.

This is by far one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The best thing I can actually say about it is that it had a parking lot. The place smelt bad, almost like mildew, the windows on the ground floor in the rooms didnt lock and instead had a stick keeping it closed, the bed was so old it had no cushion left, only springs, the tub had weird stains and chunks missing from it, random holes in the walls from poor instalation of a sprinkler system, my door to my room had the lock broken and just screwed back together, my bed sheets had someone's hair still in it. It's not worth the $89 I spent for the room, you're better off at a motel 6.

This hotel needed repairs and renovations! The door has all the scuffs and marks from the outside and the inside that they tried to fry the door opened! I have to go to the front desk because our door keys won’t work! The bathroom door won’t close properly! Smell of mildew inside the room. The walls have patches all over. Loud sound of water pipes and when you flush the toilet! Pool water looks like that it was not changed for a long time!

The carpet on the hallway was very dirty. The whole property was a little run down.

Pool was closed and had obviously been closed most of the summer. No notice was given of this. Ice machine was broken and had been for some time, Most of the rooms on the main floor had broken window locks. They did have sticks you could get from the front desk but also ran out of those. We tried multiple rooms before finding a room with a window that locked. Holes in the doors in a lot of the rooms, a lot of dust and pet hair present. One fridge still had a sandwich, one had a Kleenex stuffed in the peephole. While the room was cheap for the area and the season I still feel I overpaid for the quality. Definitely a leave your shoes on at all times situation

Very accommodating

Reserved two rooms, but they only had one available when I showed up. They did help by giving us a room they weren't using because of a broken door lock, but the room had one bed instead of the two-bed (2 rooms) that I reserved. They were able to find an air mattress for the extra bed, but it deflated overnight.

Property is not well maintained. There were several maintenance issues such as plumbing (toilet would not stop running), fridges either didn’t work or did and ran hot due to no ventilation, the pool did not hold water and therefore was not filtering properly to circulate the water, door locks missing screws….etc. The carpets were filthy, holes in furniture. Animals are welcome in all rooms. The gals at the front desk were very friendly but obviously frustrated. They did allow me to use their cleaning supplies to wipe down the room. The vacuum didn’t work, it was too clogged to suction anything. The pictures and descriptions online were very misleading. I would not stay there again.

Older building, room clean, bed comfortable, staff helpful. A lot of streaming TV but couldn't get local news. Would book again.

We stayed here one night due to the Spokane fire evacuation. It was cheap and safe. The swimming pool was green, the window didn’t latch in my daughter’s room, our door lock was off by about 5 inches and there was what looked like a blood splatter stain on the ceiling. We left first thing in the morning, would never stay here again. The woman working the front desk was very kind and helpful, she was the only positive thing about this place.

Not the worst and not the best. We only stayed 1 night. Front desk staff person was not overly friendly but nothing bad. Hotel is dated, hall & stairway carpet is pretty awful. Continental breakfast was lacking so we didn't eat. No coffee in room and no hair dryer.

Carpet in hallway filthy, locks on doors don’t work, key cards hardly work, holes in walls, asked for pillows & blanket never received. Breakfast was barely anything. Worst Red Lion ever stayed in…
