The bathroom was out of shampoo in the built-in containers. No daily service on rooms - when you are spending $182 night, you'd think you'd get some services and decent food. Only positive is that they accepted pets.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars it would be appropriate. The property was dilapidated, the room was filthy, pubes all over the toilet rim, had to ask for shampoo had to ask for towels. There was a funk that assaulted your nose when we arrived in our room. The check in time is strictly enforced, 3 P.M. and not a second before, we were just a couple minutes early like 4 minutes and we're told to wait. When we asked for towels the front desk person insisted on entering our room to do a towel count to ensure we weren't trying to steal the stained and frayed towels that were there. Run far away from this dump and tell everyone you know to avoid this hotel as if your life depended on it.

I would not suggest this place to anyone!!! Rude staff members and the room was dirty. We were out of the room we rented for a few hours and returned to a staff member in our room. They had no reason to go into our room.. if you’re planning a trip please don’t stay here. If I could give a ZERO I would.. The staff refused to give a information for a supervisor or manager.. Do NOT STAY at quality Inn Post Falls

My room smelled as though someone had lived there, the shower curtain rod was in disrepair, and the shampoo in the shower was empty. But you get what you pay for

It had a comfortable bed, a hot shower & no bugs. They would not let me check in even 1 minute before 3pm & then I had to wait another half hour for my room to be cleaned. The coffee is disgusting

When I woke up in the morning I had a early departure and loaded my luggage and belongings. I looked to the left of my vehicle and there was glass on the ground from someone's vehicle either being broken into or vandalized. That was a clear indication it was time for me to leave. When I checked out I informed the person at the front desk about the vehicle next to mine and the situation, however he didn't seem concerned at all. I was trying to save a few bucks and time, however I wouldn't recommend this Quality Inn at ALL.

Room was terrible. Was supposed to be handicapped but could not get my wife's wheelchair passed the beds. It had a horrible giant tv stand that weighed about 400lbs in front of the beds only leaving about a 2 foot gap to get her wheelchair by. I went to the front desk and they said state law requires them to have wheelchair access for the front door and bathroom. but we couldn't get her passed the bathroom into the room. I had prepaid the room so I couldn't get a refund. I asked for some help to move the big entertainment center and was told no. On top of those problems the room was dirty and stunk real bad. I will never stay there again and will never recommend them to anyone.

The staff at this property was very unhelpful. With a booking reservation issue. I ended up spending the better part of three hours with customer service for Travelocity. Travelocity customer service was spot on and helped me in every way possible but ultimately the staff at the hotel was unwilling or unable to confirm the reservation that Travelocity had and confirmed. Everything was great. So quiet

The room smelled like an ashtray and they would not let me change rooms or give me a refund so I was stuck. I could’ve left, but I didn’t feel like paying for another hotel and a couple of the staff members themselves said the room was horrible smell.

The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers.

I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations.

Right off I-90 We did not stay because the room was so dirty. The comforter had urine stains the size of dinner plates, the headboard was greasy, and the side tables were not clean. The front desk attempted to get us a new comforter, but we left to and asked for refund.

Our toilet did not flush which made for an interesting situation. We arrived for breakfast at 8am there was no food left.
