Staff was friendly at check in, but room left a lot to be desired. One washcloth was so badly stained that we chose not to use it, sink plug appeared broken (with a very thin gap for anything to drain) lots of buildup under and around the drain. Nightstand had sticky spots on it and something stuck to it, lampshade was cracked all over with chunks missing. All in all, felt and looked very run down. Staff was very nice and bed was comfortable. Also appreciated a nice, clean mini fridge in the room!

Good breakfast. Place felt dirty/old.

Old and beat up, needs a renovation
-
Nice, clean room .... well maintained. Good breakfast.

Dirty blankets and towels with stains. Breakfast area not cleaned/kept. Coffee and juice were broken. Microwave not work. Broken sink. Plugged sink and tub. Customer service is awkward and uncomfortable. Felt like I was ripped off for the $--- spent.

A lot! Our room have a spoiled/midewy smell. We told the front desk and all they did was spray some air freshener. The breakfast was ice cold, eggs and sausage only. And they left the food out all day

Check-in was troubling with poor communication. I had trouble understanding accent. I was told 3 times that my credit card had declined (which it had not). Then was told I had to give a deposit of $150 cash but couldn't have a receipt. Then we were placed on the 2nd floor but no elevator. I am 80 yrs. Old with a bad knee & had just had eye surgery & was not supposed to lift more than 8 lbs. Otherwise, our room was nice & clean.

Overpriced rooms that seem ridiculous and the fact every time I went to the front desk to renew my stay people were having a problem with the hotel overcharging them and getting their deposit back

Rooms were not clean. Stains on the floor. Desk clerk in the front was having a bad day and I didn't want to add to it. not his fault the experience was rough. Not a huge deal but should have realized how close to the road the hotel was .

Bathroom shower gas drain problem. And hair dyer wasn’t working

Overall it was a bed to sleep in. That’s the best I could say. The holder for the shampoo and conditioner kept dropping the bottles on me when in the shower. The shower head was “okay”. The doors creek and the bathroom door didn’t fit. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t well stocked. The gravy for the biscuits was oily and crusty. Overall I wasn’t impressed, my expectations were low but I didn’t think I lowered the bar that far.

Won't attempt to stay here again. They canceled our paid in full reservations made well in advance and were told we could call expedia for a refund and pay the higher price or "go elsewhere" by the manager. Expedia made arrangements at another hotel for us. But i will never stay at a choice hotel especially this one ever again.

Everything

The beds were absolutely horrible. They were the most uncomfortable things I've slept on. Every night when we came back, there were trash cans in the halls full of trash. They were constantly cleaning from the time we left till we got back. They offered free soup from 5-9, but it was cold until about six thirty seven o'clock.

It was bad really bad

The hotel is old, no elevator and just gave overall "scary" vibes. We checked in, then immediately started searching for a new hotel. While in town, a local cop told us that they are constantly being called to this hotel and that the night prior they just did a drug bust and pulled out a ton of fentanyl. He recommended a new hotel just down the street and told us we absolutely should not stay at the Quality Inn. We grabbed our bags and left out the side door. Didn't even ask for a refund.

I asked for maid service and to have a clogged drain taken care of every day of my stay. Neither ever took place. Every fixture in my room was in disrepair and barely hanging on the wall. For the price I paid, I did not receive fair value.

The room Needed a new carpet and the bathroom floor was a disaster. It had obviously flooded and had horrible caulking job around the baseboards. Will not stay again!
-
The place is very outdated! There were holes in the wall and it smelled like cigarette smoke and mold.

The bathroom was out of shampoo in the built-in containers. No daily service on rooms - when you are spending $182 night, you'd think you'd get some services and decent food. Only positive is that they accepted pets.
