Location is great but very loud highway traffic people you could hear

Friendly staff. One elevator was broken. The other worked sporadically (have to use your room key). We had to keep waiting for the next ride because the elevator was full and we had a luggage cart. Took about 10 minutes to get an empty enough ride. Staircase was on the outside of the building or the far end, which isn't convenient if you have lots of luggage and don't want to wait for the elevator. Sometimes the elevator would skip our floor and keep going. We kept seeing the same waiting people when the door would open. It was a frustration after a long day of travel. Other than that, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

All was good! but my unit was quite close to the highway and it was a nit noisy in the early morning. Except for that, the hotel was really nice and staffs were super friendly and supportive

Great room and good breakfast. Rooms were fairly noisy due to hotel construction, both from floor above and adjacent rooms.

Great staff, friendly and outgoing! Really enjoyed the room layout. Clearly whoever designs these rooms put a lot of great thought into the room design! The breakfast in the morning was good and there was no shortage of food! We'll definitely stay here again.

horrible freeway noise all night and no ability to sleep. hotel built with cheap single pain windows. staff does not think about where your room is placed.

Wonderful bar and bistro right in the lobby was super convenient with good tasty options or you could get a beer or a glass of wine

This brand new Hyatt Place was fantastic!! They just opened last December, and their staff went out of their way to make us comfortable! The spaces are SPOTLESS! Seriously. Stay here.

Stay here! Rooms are large and new with good spaces. Staff is friendly and proud of their new hotel. Breakfast was complete and Susie was friendly and helpful. Felt like the next level of hotel experience. Thank you.
