The just were really sweet and did all they could to make you feel comfortable. The trees and river were also lovely. The neighbor hood is a bit rundown but the property feels secluded from this. The rooms to me feel a bit small but for a bed and breakfast they are probably pretty standard.

Breakfasts were excellent with fresh fruit and juice daily with some of the fruit picked each morning from the hosts own bushes. Beautiful site, treed with a view of a bay in the Spokane River. Air conditioned, so that nights were always comfortable despite the heat. The host has been at this for 30 years and has a very genial personality. Nothing comes to mind.

Loved everything. immaculately maintained property and very scenic. House inside is superbly decorated. Eric and Ros excellent hosts. breakfast was terrific. A really enjoyable stay—a very special place. Will definitely book again for next year for my annual trek west to Seattle

The location was grate right next to the water. The owners were vary nice and helpful. Would go back any time and stay.

The two breakfasts prepared for us were delicious and having the meals on the deck with the babbling brook made for a very tranquil experience. Eric and Ros answered our questions about things to do in the area and places for dinner and directed us to non-touristy restaurants. The property is beautiful--you can tell the owners take great pride in providing guests with the best, relaxing experience.
