Pool was bath tub warm - loved. Literately the Only happiness/'perk' of our stay Everything else. >no early checkin (fine we, we understand!) >x3 tries of walking to our room and back to front desk for door card not working for the Maintenence guy to see what was happening and He went above and beyond to help whereas the 3 at the front desk made it clear they had better things to do .. ie. The kids that were behind there... the gossip... etc. But thank you Maintenence >booking says 2 pools= only 1 and the area around it is clearly under a remodel but still swimmable at least >restaurant offered= closed; including pool tables and any other source of advertised entertainment listed on booking Amd the hotels' site **maybe make a note that it's under construction somewhere vs advertising amenities that arent available.. >domestic situation happened in the room across from us= heard the whole thing, stayed in our room while officers evicted and cleared the situation *hearing the whole thing.. >got a Suite room (large tub in the photos)=nope. Small, basically tub. No oversized, jet .. nothing.. just a shower with tub. Again... advertising on both booking And the site are misleading. Will take a lot to even consider going back. The worst yet in our travels. Thanks.

Very good

Quick and easy check in. Room was clean large. Breakfast could have been better the waffle maker burnt on and things were not very fresh. However the coffee was really good.

The staff was great. Unfortunately, the hotel is housing a lot of construction workers right now and it's pretty busy. Also, they are doing some renovations so there's that as well. It waa good for a quick stay but not sure if I would want to be there long term at present time.

Boston was awesome! So welcoming and talked to my husband from Canada in French! Wow! She is a talented customer service professional. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

To get breakfast you have to be in there within the first hour of breakfast.
-
Staff was kind. Very dirty, old and smells like and old ashtray.

There really was not anything I liked about my stay. There were no silver linings. I have never felt less safe staying at a hotel in my life. And I have stayed in some pretty seedy places. Apparently this hotel was recently condemned and closed for health and safety concerns. That would have been great to know before wasting my company's money and jeopardizing my safety,

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dirty, old, room hadn’t been cleaned. Sink and tub had public hairs and nasty dirty. Everything but the bed was dirty.

Location You can put lipstick on a pig…

The kitchen/restaurant isn’t currently open but hopefully it will be soon. The ice maker doesn’t work but the front desk person was absolutely wonderful and went to the kitchen to get some. The place is undergoing some much needed renovations however; the facility is clean, quiet and is going to look phenomenal when completed. The price was very reasonable as well. I’d stay again if I was traveling through.

To be fair up front, this hotel is under renovation and the rooms are still in poor condition. We were not aware of this when we booked. The bar and resturant was also closed and we were not made aware of this condition either. Im not sure if its in the plan but they do not have the modern higher toilets for folks who are aged. The ice machine was broken and when asked for ice at the front desk so I could make a protein drink they told me they didnt have keys to the kitchen. There were other misc items that we needed during our stay that most hotels would be able to accommodate and again the answer was we dont have keys for access. The rooms were never cleaned while we were there. Apparently you need to ask when you check in but there is nowhere they make you aware of this upon check in. The managers were receptive to constructive criticism and were very nice and listened but I would not stay there again. Im sure one day once the rooms are renovated it will be a very nice place to stay.

We had to leave. Construction, industrial chemicals to mask the filth. Restaurant shut down, they refused to refund us.

Check in was great. The first room there were issues but the front desk quickly put us in a better room. The second room was very clean and quiet.

Great breakfast and great customer service!

Breakfast is standard fare. No GF. Extremely challenging for handicapped access. Front entry to check in is a set of stairs, a ramp at another door is steep with heavy doors. Easy access to the college and downtown.

We paid $300 for one night which is very pricey. We were happy to be there, but we realized quickly that there was no hot water. So we were covered in chlorine from the pool (and all 4 of our children). We couldn’t rinse off. The shower in the pool also didn’t work. So we stayed one night and had to leave early in the morning because everyone needed a shower. Couldn’t use the pool again because we had no way to rinse off afterwards. $300 to sleep in a mediocre bed for a few hours was very disappointing. We asked for a discount and the receptionist said she would call “tomorrow”… not expecting to hear from anyone.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming, the kids love the pool and the free breakfast is a wonderful bonus! Thank you for another lovely stay!

We didn't actually stay. The entire facility was undergoing major renovations. Checked in and back out within the hour.
