Needed updating. Halls and Stairs were Lacking “ Fresh Air “, not the cleanest
-
Ok
-
Breakfast was marginally acceptable.
-
Very nice. Bit noisy from guests above me. Breakfast was mediocre at best
-
This place is OK—bed and pillows are comfortable, water pressure good. Lighting not great. Breakfast was OK. I would not recommend for more than a night or two, but if you’re on a road trip and just need shower & sleep before you hit the road again it’s fine.

Breakfast hot plate food was very cold for sitting on a hot plate

Staff and breakfast were great. But there was food in our refrigerator that was left from previous guests, our bathroom floor was wet, there was dirt on top of the fridge and stains on the carpet and pillows.
-
Room was run down. Limited towels and face cloths. Tv remote was broken and there was no one at the front desk to help with that. It was a $40 motel room that cost $140. Bedding was not clean. Just sub par all around
-
Property was updated and was a good price Breakfast was also good. Convenient location with nice staff. Felt safe
-
First time I stayed there and will be the last cockroaches in the room would like some compensation for this
-
The room had no hot water at night the bathtub had all kinds of stumbled in it like it wasn't clean the handle in the shower was loose was afraid it would brake in I held on it not sure

Convenient location and good value
-
The lobby was clean , bright and welcoming. Everything else was terrible. Everything in our room. There were dirty walls, broken bathroom door and walls. Dirty bathroom. The supposed to be white towels were grey. We did not shower due to the disgusting towels and bathroom. If we had not been driving for over 8 hours, we would not have stayed there. Booking . Com should refund our stay as they should not support such a horrible hotel .Best Western ought to be ashamed.

We went to breakfast at 8:30 and hardly anything hot left to pick from. Juice dispenser was empty. Just dispensing water

Disruptive neighbors
-
The moderate price, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and included breakfast make SureStay Presque Isle a good choice in accomodations.

Old bldg that has been doused in what I can only describe as the cheapest perfume you could find. Brought concerns to management. They offered to move is to another room but we were not able to get past the smell. They refused to refund our stay. We had booked for four nights but due to burning eyes, running nose and closed up throats we made other arrangements. Management stated we should have disclosed allergies on booking. REALLY booked thru Expedia and have never ever experienced anything like this. I could understand charging for one night but not all four.
