Wonderful experience. The rooms were super clean, a/c was strong, no issues with the tv. But most of all, the staff was amazing. Very accommodating and pleasant. Came with my teenage daughter for the Morgan Wallen concert and would definitely stay again!!! Thank you!!!

Where do I start…From checking into the room there was urine all over the floor and bottom of toilet, the shower was not cleaned from previous customer. Then the following morning I had a room attendant knock at my door at 9am asking when I was I checking out…ummmm at check out like most people do. Then a couple hours later at 11a the same housekeeper came back and instead of knocking she just opened my room door and entered without knocking…talk about invasion of privacy. Horrible hotel from the beginning.

So this review is about Primm Valley resort not Buffalo Bills because when we went to Buffalo Bills it was closed and our reservation was changed to Primm Valley resort without our knowledge or email. It turned out fine but would have been nice to know ahead of time. The Primm Valley resort has been redone and is very nice. The Wyndham people have apparently purchased the State Line properties and hopefully will fix them up because there are a lot of concerts at Buffalo Bills that are worth going to.

Clean room, very comfortable bed,quiet

Really liked my room very clean. Staff was really nice. Went for a concert and had the best time. Even though there is a little bit of slot machines I won! Sitting at the bar was nice. Really nice bartenders. I would definitely book again. The only thing is driving out to get food.
