Best Western Prineville Inn

Everything was as it should be. Enjoyed the stay, friendly staff, and the facility was well maintained.

Staff were great room was clean. It is what it is for quality but that's expected.

everything was perfect! staff was super friendly morning and night. breakfast was great! really good biscuits and gravy. tv is nice because you can login to your streaming apps! super quiet and clean hotel would stay again!!

I would never stay at this hotel again. We were given a room that did not have a locking window. There was a gap in the window because of it being warped. So at anytime someone could access our room from the parking lot. The hotel also has an ant infestation. They were coming from the floor boards. They didn’t even offer anything to help. We had to clean it and stop them ourselves. Also, if you need to go #2, the fan in the bathroom also didn’t work. We were told they were sold out and had no other rooms, and told “ahh, that sucks”. So we just had to deal with an inadequate room. We were told management wasn’t in to give any more of a discount than $30. I thought management would do right by us and they did not. I guess it isn’t surprising after finding out it was known sundown town (I found out after booking). Truly so disappointing.
