Low quality- will not stay here again

Nice clean rooms, walking distance to downtown.

The staff was very helpful in our check in process, and the room was clean but very dated like from the 70s. Didn't mind that so much, but the lighting in the hall was not bright enough to see the numbers on the keypad to open the door without some sort of hand held light. The remotes on our TV did not function at all and was stuck on one channel. It turned the TV on and that was about it. The bed was not real comfortable but served the purpose. The AC worked fine but we had to turn it off as it was very loud. The continental breakfast was okay but unmanned and we had to ask for the coffee that we seen brewing behind the counter. The attendant seemed inattentive. Other than that not bashing just hoping they can improve some things for their future customers.

I couldn't connect to the wifi, and I couldn't turn on the TV.

It is nothing fancy, but it is clean, everything works, the staff is friendly & the location is very convenient with multiple choices within walking distance for food. Parking lot is small, but there is also plenty of free street parking adjacent. Area is well lit & safe. This was my 2nd visit & I WILL stay here again. 👍👍

Budget hotel - get what you pay for. Worked for my needs.

But the sheets, towels and bathroom was spotless. It could have been better but it could have been worse.

They didn’t have a very big selection of breakfast. But other than that it was a good place.

We stayed here over night to visit family. It is in a safe area, well lit with a restaurant in the same parking area.

Was there working on the fires, having a bed was a huge deal. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Thin walls unfortunately, but good for the price

Reminded me of a 1970s casino

I like staying here when I'm in Prineville. I'm glad that I could have my dog with me this year.

Rates were very good. Room smelled like smoke when we first checked in but seemed to clear up after a day. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

The staff was ok, not professional more like lived in. The room was poor quality it says pet friendly but no where to take them outside. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling the furniture was dirty. The front office looks nothing like the picture and neither does the rooms. NEVER GOING BACK.

We have stayed here before. It’s a budget motel in a good location. Most of the time I had to go to the lobby to access WiFi. Our room window did not lock, I told the woman in the lobby about it, she was nice but nothing was done so we found something ourselves to put in the window so it could not slide open. I think Prineville is a safe place but, a motel window should lock especially when we left luggage in the room for several hours while visiting family. The continental breakfast was fine. The room was fine.

nice clean room, late check in was a pain.

The morning staff was very rude to my boyfriend. He went to get breakfast and the lady Jamie, say " this isn't a soup kitchen you need to leave". Now we have stayed here many many times and never have we been treated so rude. She is the reason our stay sucked.
