the staff was lacking in extra help when checking in.

First I’m a Bonvoy member, when I made my reservation the web site says onsite restaurant. Not true. It’s part of the bar and has a limited menu mostly sandwiches. Checked into the room, room was good, bathroom was not clean. Mold in tile, shampoo ripped off wall. Went to make coffee, no cups, plastic packets with coffee sugars, stir sticks etc, was already open and missing parts. Very disappointing for a Marriott. Says under remodeling but this room looked to be done. Just housekeeping was terrible.

We are very disappointed in breakfast don’t have any for us to eat there I think you need to set up for breakfast for people because it expensive hotel I spend 400 dollar for two days no breakfast huh? It’s not very nice ok thank you 🙏

On our second morning there I went down to the Starbucks to get a sandwich and overheard the Starbucks worker asking the hotel Manager if the expectation was that she was supposed to feed customers expired food. She told him most of what she had in stock was expired. Yuck. I walked away and decided to find breakfast elsewhere. On our third evening my husband and I were having a cocktail in the lounge area, I looked down and saw a 2 inch cockroach crawling on the floor!

This was in the perfect location for what we were doing in Pueblo over the weekend. This place is in the midst of a renovation so some rooms are a bit beat up. IF NOT FOR THE LOVELY STAFF I would have said it missed the mark for the money. The water pressure was horrible. For laughs we had over 7 towels in our room but not one of them matched in pattern or style to the others.

Room was generally unclean. Bathroom sink had bugs crawling out of vent hole. Bathroom had hair in sink, bath tub, etc. Room felt dirty overall.

I liked everything for what I paid for...what liked the most about it that was close the convention center...that I went to a concert!!! . I didn't have any problems with the stay!!

Upon arrival, our room was freezing, needed a technician to fix it. The only coffee available without paying is the coffee in my room every hotel we go to offers free coffee, but Marriott makes you pay for everything , including breakfast. Not a fan!

Nice place to stay. No complimentary breakfast. And limited parking.

the room - I specifically booked one of the "higher end" rooms. it was bare bones basic. sheets and mattress cover that barely fit the king mattress, outdated bathroom, 20 year old tiny TV set. there was supposed to be a small love seat/sofa in the room. my toddler loves "camping out" and getting to sleep on the sofa when we travel which allows for two adults the full capacity of the king bed. instead of a sofa our room had a modern office like chair?? the room immediately was off putting as just disappointing. the accommodations - I have stayed at hotels half the cost and received the standard continental breakfast. however the meager buffet style breakfast was at cost, $14 dollar per person! the Starbucks kiosk in the lobby was out of order. the ice machine on my floor was out of order. my door kept locking when I went to close it and wouldn't unlock from the inside or with the room key for 5-10 minutes each time, which wouldn't have been a huge deal if it didn't have no less than 5 separate times. the shampoo and body wash bottles were not even a quarter way full. no body lotion, hand soap, etc. sort of accessories in the bathroom as you'd expect to find in nicer hotels.
