Nancy at the front desk was the highlight of our trip. She worked very hard to get us a room when we were late. She was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The mind of employee that makes you love the hotel.

High priced for a rather tired hotel is no breakfast included is such a detractor.

Nancy at the front desk is so helpful and friendly!!! That’s a big plus for me. The location is great, easy walking distance to the riverwalk and some wonderful places to eat and drink. I love Pueblo, it’s one of our favorite places to visit!! The hotel is well kept, smells clean and rooms are well equipped. Would recommend this place.

Printers weren't working so didnt get print out of final bill, still haven't received promised email of bill. Ice only available in the bar.

The breakfast bar food and coffee were great but not enough help there to get orders out in a timely manner. The rooms were clean but the walls are paper thin.

I wish I would have stayed across the street at the Fairfield Suites - those looked much nicer.

Room was nice and clean. Ice machine only worked on 5th floor , finding this out after hitting up all the floors. Staff was so nice and helpful. Loved it so close to riverwalk
