Great location! Close to downtown and beautiful river walk. Very helpful staff and very kind! Room was great, however TV in sitting area did not work.

The hot breakfast items were barely warm. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

One of the receptionist was nice on Sat afternoon the other was just a snot. On Sunday when we checked out, that lady was so nice. I do plan on staying at Springhill again in the future. Hopefully they will have these issues resolved.

Location was in the area close to my needs Mis leading on photos. No bar lounge as advertised. Room smelled of dirty musky carpet, stains on couches breakfast was cold

The beds were AWFUL (gaping human sized dips in the mattress- left both my husband and I struggling to sleep and with terrible back pain the next day), mildew and mold all over the shower, and utterly useless pillows. The front desk staff was very pleasant and kind.

They changed the mattress The sleeper sofa is really uncomfortable

Breakfast was good and the staff very nice. The King room was spacious especially with the separate living/sofa and television from the bedroom.
