SpringHill Suites Pueblo Downtown

This is a great place to stay. Lots of great shops in the community and it’s close to the Riverwalk.

I was put on the bottom floor next to the street. It was very loud and the room was disgusting.

Great stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were big & clean. Lots of choices for breakfast. Will stay at Spring Hill Suite again

The only issue I had was the sink had a delayed start to the water and the sink water had a sulfur smell. I had to turn on the shower to get the water pressure up to get the sink to run. I asked for an early check in and the Lady at the front desk, who was trying to get firemen/ women into rooms, did her best and got me an earlier check in. Stay was good.

Great location! Close to downtown and beautiful river walk. Very helpful staff and very kind! Room was great, however TV in sitting area did not work.

Nicely located near cool stuff downtown. Spacious room. Good bed and pillows. More corporate glitz than substance. No check-in clerk present when we arrived. Weak, run of the mill breakfast. Very strange room fixtures - no tables at all, no place to lay down and access luggage, a desk light that shone brightly through a glass partition at the beds, a bathroom light that wouldn't turn off. For the highly advertised, presumedly fancy brand, with a price to match, all of this should be better. A shining example of corporate culture - all show and bluster, with little actual regard for the customer.

Lovely staff and awesome room

Lovely and quiet property with a decent breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t fully rolling when we arrived. The waffle maker was not heated up and ready to use.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided quite a few choices.

They are friendly. Great amenities. The bathroom needs work. I don't know if the tile needs grouted or its mold. Some of the tiles are chipped also. Otherwise, they would have received five stars all the way around.

The hot breakfast items were barely warm. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy.
