Hampton Inn & Suites Pueblo-Southgate

Extremely comfortable hotel room perfect for road tripping couple with dogs. Staff were great! Nothing, really.

Great beds and comforter too

Hampton Inn is always consistent about being clean, comfortable, affordable and a nice staff with a great free breakfast. Never met a Hampton Inn I didn’t like.

Staff was super friendly. room was really rundown old. There were holes in the bathroom wall bathroom floor was really dirty. The room wasn’t really clean. I found some stuff from the prior guests in the room on the floor.

Room was very clean, staff very friendly, parking was easy, and easy access.

We didn't know what to expect for the price but when we got there it was a nice clean hotel.

Overall, my stay was nice. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, and the pillows were very soft and sank down pretty low, so they weren’t the most comfortable for me. I also noticed a stain on the bedroom curtains that looked like it may have been chocolate. Other than that, the room was nice and I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was okay with a decent selection. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Not much. Bathroom floor not clean. Led to believe there was a spa - no hot tub. Location out in the middle of nowhere. Asked for wakeup call. Did not get it. Will never come back.

The property was not the problem. The problem was Expedia. I scheduled the stay on September 1st on my telephone 2 hours before arriving at the Hampton Inn only to discover that the date I accepted was not for the day I arrived. I mistakenly accepted the date on the screen not realizing that it was for September 9th. When I tried to check in, I was told that the hotel could not cancel the Expedia transaction. I called Expedia and was told I could not use the telephone transaction for my immediate stay. I, subsequently, had to pay immediately for the two-night hotel stay but called Expedia several times trying to cancel before September 9th date. I checked my bank account yesterday to discover I was charged for the stay on September 1st--my first night at Hampton Inn. Therefore, I am disputing the charge.

It seemed to be an older property as the building was showing some signs of wear but it was clean, the beds were adequate and the breakfast was tasty. The morning and evening desk attendants were kind and helpful. We would stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and served well. The property showed signs of neglect and needed repairs. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything other people were saying and doing outside of our room. The shower had some mold in it. I would not recommend this place for the price.

Chair missing from room wrt to photos. Didn’t realize they still made TVs that small! Place is a bit worn, more so than other Hampton Inns we stayed at. Needs a face lift. Not commensurate with $260 paid for one night stay mid- week.
