The location is easy to find off of the interstate. There are several restaurants within a few minutes drive. The bathroom was not up to par. I left suggestions about what they needed to be replaced and cleaned.

Bed good. Like the window seat. only in Pueblo as my car broke down. I had to pay for my emotional support dog. I also had to pay a 150 deposit for pet. I recently used Hilton Spark and did not have those expenses. The difference would make me use a Hilton product before a Wyndham

Great hotel

We were able to get the room we wanted, staff were great. The issue was the room was not cleaned well, needed dusting, vacuuming, and the bathroom sink was dripping. The part that made this stay poor is there was a cockroach in the bathroom in the walk in shower near the drain. We did let front desk staff know, but I could not use the shower after finding that.

Best value for our buck!

The biggest knock on this hotel is the cleanliness. The entrance door had a security pad to enter, but it was not operational. The upkeep was just not there. It is not totally run down to be fair, but it’s not in great shape.

This place is great for 1 night stay. Nothing special about anything. Great price , good bed and pillows.

Because I booked the stay through Expedia they wanted another $150 deposit. I told the lady working that I didn’t have to do that with the other Microtel I stayed at and she explained since this one is privately owned they have different rules. The elevator was broke. The breakfast was not that impressive. The bed was comfortable. I honestly felt I should have paid the extra money and stayed at the one in Raton again. Probably will not stay at this one again

Pros: * The AC worked. It blew cold air. * The employee at the front desk was friendly. * Our door key worked. * The TV worked. Cons: * The smell of tobacco/marijuana permeated the hotel. We got blasted when we stepped off the elevator onto the second floor. * The floor in our room left our bare feet black. Very dirty floor. Needs to be carpet cleaned. * There were black pubic hairs under the comforter. I received a couple automated texts asking me to reply if there were any issues. I replied to the text, asking for someone to bring us clean sheets, but no one responded. I had to call the front desk for help. The employee said we had to come down to get new sheets. * There were no carts to help us move luggage. * One of the outlets was damaged and wouldn't hold our plugs in place. * No visible (or easily accessible) USB charger near the head of the bed. * The AC didn't keep the room at a steady cool temp. It would blast cool air for a while, then it wouldn't go on again until the room was hot.

We had car trouble, so I called and asked if it was too late to cancel. It was too late to cancel, so I told them to hold the rooms, we are going to try to make it since we are paying anyway. Some of us had to stay back with the broken down van, but the rest of our group went on to the hotel. The staff did not want to give them the rooms since they arrived so late. After much arguing, they allowed them to stay. I am thankful my family was able to get some rest, but the staff/managers were not kind and gave my family a hard time after having a difficult day. This is disappointing, and I will think twice about staying at a Microtel again.

I highly recommend Pueblo Microtel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, smelled amazing, and the beds were super comfortable! The breakfast was hearty and delicious!!
