Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pueblo

The night clerk was helpful. It was nice having coffee available 24 hrs. My room smelled like cigarettes. The toilet was not screwed to the floor. I almost fell off it. Shower curtain looked dirty. Rug had not been vacuumed. My truck was broken into. I was told there were no cameras in the parking lot. Morning clerk ignored me at check out.

The staff here are awesome! Always smiling, and great to have a conversation with. It's a pet friendly facility with reasonable deposits and fees. The included breakfast is good with a nice variety of drinks and food. Although the breakfast doesn't include any meat products, they still have good options for protein.

Are first room had no water just a trickle,but made plenty of noise. We had gotten broken into Saturday night and called to see if any video footage. But they never returned the call.

Room was small, but nice enough for one night. Included continental breakfast options were rather scarce.

The staff were very friendly Breakest taken down too early before 9am.

Dirty Room

The room was not so clean. The cushion on the window seat had stains and carpet was dirty. The bathroom was very out dated. I have stood here the last 2 years and normally everything is pretty good. Maybe just a bad room.

Wish had maybe scrambled eggs

It seems like an older Microtel compared to the one we stayed in prior in Hot Springs. The shower curtain needed to be washed or replaced. Breakfast was average.

Nice hotel. Wish they had more options for breakfast. Only had fruit loops for cereal. No fan in bathroom and the switches for the lights over the beds were opposite than the beds.

Need to print a single page document -printer looked jamed -staff said it has been broken for a long time it is disappointing that staff does not care enough to address this -many of us are business travelers and they advertise that they have these accessories to accommodate such travelers

Breakfast extremely minimal ans basic. Room clean. Odd smell though but overall ok. Towels were barely aceptable. Clean out very poor quality. TV selection minimal. Acceptable for cheap quick overnight stay. When you just need a place to sleep. Absolute no frills. Wouldn't recommend for anything more.
