Rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing and very accommodating for all of our family. There were 10 different families and they made sure we were all in the same floor.

Right downtown, staff was helpful, rooms were clean, fitness center had more than expected for a hotel gym. I wpuld definitely return!

Amazing stay will stay again, With the new updated rooms, it feel like a luxury hotel and stay. I usually have to come to Quincy 4 times a year so I have found the place I will be staying from now one thank you.

When we checked at 11:00 pm the TV didn’t work and there was a shortage of bath towels. The next morning we informed the staff and asked that the room be made up. When we returned at 10:30 pm the TV still didn’t work and no towels and the room not made up. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. It was a real pain to move because we had unpacked out suitcases. Stephen Happel

Clean room.

The hotel is currently being renovated. So every part of it is a construction site except the room itself, which was actually very nice. We got in late and headed out early the next morning, so amenities didn’t matter so much for us. It is being converted to a Doubletree. I’m guessing it will be nice when finished, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there until it is completed. Plus, oddly, our towels and wash cloths smelled like smoke…

The staff were good, however the hotel was undergoing construction and we didn’t know that when we made the booking. We had a hard time finding the front door. The room was nice and amenities were great, however because of construction the widow was covered with a tarp. The room did not have a phone to call the front desk or an instructions on how to set up WiFi or use the dish tv. I think when construction is done it will be nice

Extremely disappointed in our stay here. Nowhere did it state that the entire hotel is being remodeled. It looked condemned when we pulled in. The smell was awful and there were fans everywhere. Im sure it will be great when its done, but for what we walked into, we should have just stayed at a seedy motel.

Love the newly remodeled rooms a walk in shower is always nice.

On the bookings website they advertised a oversized king room larger then 500 square feet with microwave and a sofa bed but upon arrival we were given a room with no microwave or sofa bed and room was barely 200 square feet. On top of that, they charged us $435 instead of $385 for a smaller room then advertised with less facilities. So obvious thing to do was to walk out and ask for a refund but instead of giving us a refund they charged us $242 more on top of $435 so now we are down $677 for a hotel stay that did not even happen. I intend to call the property manager on monday. Since it is a weekend they did not respond to any of our phone calls. I hope we get our $677 back. False advertisement for first they sold us on an oversized king room and then tried to stick us in a room size of a tool shed. On top of that they charged us $677 in two different charges. What is there to like?

We booked this property based on the information on the website and the Expedia reviews. When we arrived we discovered that the hotel was under construction and the amenities that were advertised…bar, restaurant, pool…were non-existent at this time. We had to enter through a back door where a makeshift desk and table for a grab and go breakfast were the only amenities in the hotel. I truly believe that this information should have been communicated in advance and we would have chosen a different hotel.

Location Racist staff, unhelpful and did not have a customer first service towards me. I could see better service towards other American guests. Bad shower faucet, room changed to one with worn dusty carpet; then changed offer to give a nicer room at $50 extra/day upgrade or leave the hotel at 7.30pm that day. So I paid for the upgrade and stayed. Next day I asked to change back to my former room then was given a similar room with no issues. Then I requested to check out cos my stay was cut short over the weekend and be refunded they said no. Asked me to call Booking.com Directly but the number on my reservation went to the Atrium Hotel front desk. The staff I spoke to explained that I could rollover the remaining days on my next visit. Returned on the Monday and was told I was charged for the 2 nights I did not stay because they had no guests in the room. In summary I spoke to several staff, not once did the manager show up to talk to me or resolve the situation. She replied on the account of the one staff who did not honor the discussion I had with other staff, roll back on every courtesy offer by other staff to me. And presented my request to the manager like I was being a difficult guest.

Construction was very loud, lobby and pool were closed, breakfast and vending machines were limited, but staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were nice and clean

Rooms were recently renovated. Beds very comfortable. The property was under construction. We did not know to what extent until we checked in. There was not a pool, sitting area or bar. No breakfast was available as is advertised. Our tv didn’t work. The temperature was too hot, and the thermostat couldn’t seem to be adjusted.
