The staff tending the breakfast were friendly and respectful. There were ready to assist when needed. Also, I was greeted like a welcome friend. I wish there were more fruit

The room was remarkably clean and well taken care of. Probably the only thing missing was the Hilton honors welcome but absolutely nothing major! I booked again for another stay and looking forward to it!

Our breakfast attendees were PHENOMENAL!

Breakfast was good. The bar area had a chicken bone on the floor. Front staff didn’t make eye contact or let us know they’ll be with us in a minute. Only 2 carts for the entire hotel. We had to make several trips back and forth to our room. Staff both times did not offer to help find a cart. On check out day house keeping knocked on our door while we were still in bed. Should be a better way of letting your staff know when customers check out.

Size of the shower, bathroom was clean, view was nice for the area, bed was comfy, big tv. Lighting: all the lights in the room were in the corners so the middle of the room was kinda dim

Check in was very easy and the entire staff was great. Room was very clean. Small gripe but would have liked another coffee pack or 2 as there were only 2 and one was decaf.

The location is ideal for restaurant choices. It is located close to many attractions. The room was available when we arrived, it was clean, and inviting. There was no complimentary breakfast which was disappointing for the price point. There was always a lot of traffic in the lobby area regardless of the time of day that seemed to be hanging around. The front desk clerks didn’t appear to be as welcoming as the bartender who we interacted with. She was personable and professional.

Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and updated. I love how this hotel has laminate floors in the room. The beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel was very quiet, too. I never heard any noise from any of the rooms which is unusual. I also liked how there were two separate sinks and how the shower/toilet had a door separating it from the second sink. It was very helpful when my friend and I were getting ready the next morning. I appreciated the hot coffee in the lobby. I didn’t get to utilize the restaurant or bar. The pool area looked nice and I saw guests using it both in the evening and morning. The only thing negative I would say is one of the elevators was a little dirty. I think this hotel is dog friendly but I’m not for certain. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. Also, upon check in, it took a couple of minutes for the person checking me in to appear. Again, no big deal because it wasn’t a long wait. I’ll definitely consider returning here again when I go to my next concert.

The front desk ladies were awesome. Pool was nice, clean, plenty of fresh towels. Rooms were clean and inviting. We will def be back!
