The plumbing was bad, and the staff was hit or miss when it came to friendliness. But it was serviceable for the price. Also stop closing the restaurant on Sunday and close the bar later than 10pm 😒

Plenty of parking, good food in the restaurant. Some of the rooms are out of date though

I really enjoyed my stay here. Both front desk & housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bartender at the on site restaurant was also very personable and the food and drinks were delicious and fairly priced. I was able to be served very quickly before going out for my event. I also took advantage of the pool and both the pool itself and searing area were very well maintained. I would absolutely consider staying here again the next time I visit Raleigh!

I arrived to the hotel about 1-130 to see if I could get an early arrival check in and even offered to pay extra . The front desk lady said it was no rooms clean so I just sat in the lobby til 3 when check in was . As 30 mins goes by 4 other people checks in so I try to try to check in again and she says there are no rooms cleaned again so as time when on it’s 2:45-2:55 I try to check in again and they are shift changing the new person said it’s going be a min so I waited again . As I’m waiting 3 other ppl checks in as I’m waiting . As that happen I finally check in and she charges me $115 for the room when the room was already prepaid in advance so she talks to the manager and say it will reverse in 3-5 days . So now it’s 3:30-3:45 I’m just getting in my room .

The room was remarkably clean and well taken care of. Probably the only thing missing was the Hilton honors welcome but absolutely nothing major! I booked again for another stay and looking forward to it!

The location is ideal for restaurant choices. It is located close to many attractions. The room was available when we arrived, it was clean, and inviting. There was no complimentary breakfast which was disappointing for the price point. There was always a lot of traffic in the lobby area regardless of the time of day that seemed to be hanging around. The front desk clerks didn’t appear to be as welcoming as the bartender who we interacted with. She was personable and professional.

The rooms were so spacious and comfy Hearing the ambulance every 5 mins

Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and updated. I love how this hotel has laminate floors in the room. The beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel was very quiet, too. I never heard any noise from any of the rooms which is unusual. I also liked how there were two separate sinks and how the shower/toilet had a door separating it from the second sink. It was very helpful when my friend and I were getting ready the next morning. I appreciated the hot coffee in the lobby. I didn’t get to utilize the restaurant or bar. The pool area looked nice and I saw guests using it both in the evening and morning. The only thing negative I would say is one of the elevators was a little dirty. I think this hotel is dog friendly but I’m not for certain. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. Also, upon check in, it took a couple of minutes for the person checking me in to appear. Again, no big deal because it wasn’t a long wait. I’ll definitely consider returning here again when I go to my next concert.
