Breakfast was good

The manager was not polite but the workers were polite the walls are not insulated so it was annoying hearing the other guests moving around all night and day I had to check out / days earlier than my time booked

Although we stayed less than 24 hours at this location, the room was unkept, smelled of smoke and poorly maintained. The sheets had several stains, and the floors were filthy. To make matters worse, there were no towels in the room, and when we asked the attendant for some, he questioned us as if we were lying. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was great, very accommodating. The room was clean and the breakfast was also good. The parking lot was a little messy with debris blocking one spot. I called down to the front desk and got no answer but my issue was quickly resolved when I went down to the front desk.

Property was well taken care of, and breakfast was good. There was a rat witnessed going in and out of the garbage can outside the entrance, which was off-setting a bit. Also, toilet flush in room sounded like a jet engine taking off.

Offered everything you could need including an earlier check-in with no additional fee. We loved the breakfast and recommend this hotel.

Non smoking rooms still smelled of cigarettes & marijuana. Complained about noise next door and they refused to do anything.

The walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors tv all night even with mine on.

I was charged twice for stay when tried to ge refund no help horrible stay

Front desk was helpful and super nice. Breakfast was great. Location was convenient for Coastal Credit Union. Room was clean. Great experience! Would stay here again!
