Clean, quiet, staff are helpful caring and professional I enjoyed my stay

I am saving this as my top hotel so far for the Raleigh, North Carolina area. I will definitely recommend and will be staying again. The staff was wonderful, and the property was so clean from lobby, to hallways and the rooms. The breakfast was good and they kept that area very clean as well.

Rooms were clean, the breakfast was adequate. What is particularly worth mentioning is the helpfulness of the staff. We found them to be very attentive to the needs and satisfaction of their guests.

The staff was amazing!!!!!!! The breakfast was delicious and hot. Tons of choices. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. They were renovating but not before 9 am and not after 8 pm. Would choose this location everytime I visit

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and the breakfast area was spacious.

Hotel was nice, the elevator was slow and creaky, made me feel safer to not need to use it anymore. Staff was very nice and helpful, excellent service. It's just a shame the hotel itself feels like it needs a fair bit of maintenance to really deliver on the promise it's staff so capably delivers

Breakfast was good. The property was undergoing renovation at the time, but that considered, was a good stay.

The hotel wants renovated will be a great stay. But with all the construction, it was very hard to navigate. We had to enter from the rear of the facility, which made it difficult to carry our luggage in.

My staff was not what i expected I had no room service breakfast was a hit and miss would not ever stay there again

No shampoo or conditioner Low to non toilet paper Has to change rooms and the new room the ac was extremely loud and no toilet paper

This property was ok, if I could do it over again I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express which would have been cheaper and which is much better than this property! I feel like there towels were too little and I’m an average sized lady! Plus I did not like all the construction filth in the hallways! They probably should reduce rates until the remodeling phase is complete! Staff were very sweet though!
