Had to use lobby ladies room for 5 of us to change for a wedding. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap bottles were empty. Room was very warm because the air was not turned down before occupancy. Kids went to swim but absolutely no towels were available. Breakfast attendant began closing the buffet while we were trying to get our breakfast. I normally have a good experience at Home2Suite Hotels but not this time because I should not have to request everything needed by my family. Money wasted! Stressful experience! Unhappy for my granddaughters who love these overnight trips. Still waiting on a requested call from the manager.

Clean room, nice staff, very good breakfast.

First room I had there were dead bugs in it. The staff was very nice and I was moved to another room. However the sheets and pillows had hair all over them there was dust all along the windows and furniture including the fridge so the rooms are not cleaned very well. The shampoo and conditioner were not stocked in the shower. So I’m a bit disappointed and the breakfast was really lacking. I have stayed here before but do not intend on staying again. I was also offered 5000 hilton honors points and still don’t see them in my account.

The property is very well maintained and clean. They have good security where you even have to use your key card to access the elevator. Breakfast in the morning is excellent. There are many options and it is also very clean. There is hot coffee, tea and cocoa available 24 hours a day. The staff is also very attentive, helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and had a large fridge. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The breakfast was good however, by the time I would go have breakfast, the food was lukewarm. The bread for toast was kind of stale. We did go down early one morning for breakfast and it was nice and fresh - would like to see more varieties such as muffins, yogurt, etc..
