Clean room weird that they came and cleaned our room while we weren’t there left for an event and came back and clothes were picked up and bed was made not sure how i felt about that but seemed weird

The hotel was clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was perfect, just a short drive from downtown Raleigh, making it convenient to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and good amount of space; the breakfast was good and hot, several options available. Its what I would expect for accommodations for the price paid 125$ per night all in.

I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances. As usual, a pleasure.

Everything about the room was great. We didn't take time for breakfast though but I would assume it was good too!

It went well, all but Tuesday night. There was a very rowdy family in a room close to mine. Called the front desk and they handled it pretty quickly.

The refrigerator froze everything. This room needed some serious work. Big stain on rug and the bathroom was in shabby condition for the money we had to pay. Most Holiday Inns are immaculate. This one was not

Clean Staff at night, a woman of color, don’t recall her name , but a snake would have been more friendly

Pool closed at 8:00 PM while it’s still light out. Pool was not very clean. Not many seating options in the dining area for people to eat. Lots of dogs barking at 9:30 at night. We called and it seemed to help. Front counter staff was not friendly at all. The location was nice. We most likely won’t stay here again.
