The property has been updated and has nice amenities. It is very quiet, staff was helpful. Kitchen was well provisioned. Appreciated having my room cleaned - not all extended stay properties clean during stays. Location is close to downtown Wake Forest and walking distance to stores. Rooms were renovated however The drawers in the kitchen had to be redone during my stay to be able to open and close them. Shower door also needed repair as it did not stay closed. The maintenance man was very thorough and fixed everything. Air conditioner was very loud.

I loved everything about my hotel stay, especially the free laundry and the fitness center conveniently located beside it, so I could work out while waiting for my clothes. I also loved having a kitchenette in every room—it truly felt like a home away from home! Not anything really. Besides hearing the people above like at midnight luckily no matter where I have ear plugs.

So quiet. Could not hear doors slamming etc. Only a little noise above. Very clean. Staff in contact via text to assure satisfaction and offer support. Wish there would have been continental breakfast. That was my fault for not being more observant when I booked. When I book stays that is so helpful.

Just a 2 star place to sleep. No breakfast, no daily/regular housekeeping. Takes days for them to empty out trash bin in hallways, corridors. No specific services. No very friendly and welcoming staff.
