Clean room air conditioning

I didn't give 5 stars for a very simple reason - no breakfast offered. Being professional on a business trip I always need some calories to drive me through first half of a day. On the other hand, coffee was here and some pastry for small fee - problem was that pastry delivery to hotel was around 9:00 - 9:30 when I was already long time gone. Other than that I was very pleased with arrangement.

Great stay, very comfortable, and staff was very friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly, however my room appeared like it wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed. The fridge setting was at its coldest and my sodas exploded, and both the gym and pool were closed without notice until check in.

Nice hotel, need more elevators, slow getting to ground level if you are on the third floor.

We enjoyed our room, however we chose this hotel because it had an outdoor pool so that we could spend time outside with family relaxing by the pool. Our first day the rained for about 30 minutes and they closed the pool for the rest of the day. That night I asked the clerk if we could use the pool the next day and she confirmed that we would be able to. When we arrived, the pool was being closed for the season. I had checked again in the am because we were checking out to see if we could use it. Again the clerk confirmed we would be able to. So we sat next to the pool while the man put the tarp on. 🙄

Location was scouted before booking and worked for where I was visiting. Front hedges made it hard to see the building, especially at night.
