-
Nice hotel, comfortable, safe happy with it, however the pool was looking clean but closed and we planned to get some energy out and use it on our travel night, frustrated we arrived early and couldn't use the pool.

The staff was exceptional!
-
Check in was fast and the room was clean. The breakfast was just what our bouys needed before a long drive back home.

Everything was clean and neat but I think it’s time for some upgrades. Hotel is kinda dated.

The location was good for the event we were attending. To start, the woman a the check-in desk was far from "Friendly". In fact, she just walked up and begin clicking on her computer. I greeted her with a, "Hello", and she appeared to act as if I was inconveniencing her! The hallway from the lobby to the elevator was a nice distance and the hallway was dark and dingy! Only one of the two elevators were operatable, which made for a long wait. We stayed on the 3rd floor and once we got off the elevator, we were yet again, greeted with a dark and dingy hallway! This location could use some upgrades.

WiFi was awful in room 356. Everyone was nice

We have stayed here before and loved it then. That is why we booked for this vacation.
-
Very well kept

CON: Poor wifi connection. If you're there for work, know that their wifi is TERRIBLE.
-
CONS: The front desk on 07/08 at 9:30PM EST wasn't too friendly. She didn't say a word when we got into the entrance with my 2 kids. I told her we had 2 reservations for 2 nights and instead of looking into our record she just blankly stated, "you can just tell them tomorrow." She was friendly to my husband though when I went downstairs.
