Hall my family stayed on smelled like someone was smoking in the room and the structure wasn't as updated as the pictures show many imperfections however the hotel was clean and staff was nice

pool was disgusting, me and my partner are both 21 and they made us put a 100 dollar cash deposit on the room incase of damages. I personally have never in my life had to put a cash deposit down on a room because the card reading wasn’t “working” when we bought snacks later that night with a different person he used a card machine. When we went to get the deposit back she forgot that we put one down so it’s pretty clear they don’t make everyone do this.

Called around looking for a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. I was told by the receptionist they had both.The hot tub was out of order, pool was disgusting with dirt, leaves, bugs floating in it. Waste of time and money.

We got in late.

Nothing The smell, the entire atmosphere was uncomfortable. Uncomfortable enough to switch hotels after the first night. Even my uber driver was shocked that I was staying there. He mentioned prostitution and drug deals happening there and I felt very unsafe.

The staff was very gracious but the Expedia promotion of this place was WAY over done! An old property that looks it. Will the price was good, the old saying "You get what you pay for" holds true for this place.

So I broke my leg two months ago and I was a little behind on the checkout time. I believe I checked out at 11:20. I had four or five different people come to the door to ask me am I staying or checking out? I told everybody to give me 15 minutes and this was probably at 11 o’clock and that I’ll be checking out. I had overslept and I was just moving slow due to my broke leg. I informed them of that and they still kept knocking at the door trying to get me to come on I have never in my 30 some years of life experience being rushed out of hotel. I have stayed there several times no problem but today was just totally different and I will not be back.
