Clean Nothing
-
This was our second stay and would stay again.
-
Our room was located on the third floor and it was clean yet small. The room did show some signs of wear and tear with the bathroom mirror being cracked in one corner. During the evenings and night the hallways became noisy with other guest speaking loudly. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The night shift staff member, at check in, was very friendly.

Nice getaway! We will be back!

Convenient location. Breakfast was pretty complete with a lot of different options. The towels were nice and fluffy. But my room was dirty, the floor was dirty, the garbage can had garbage when I got there, the shower looked dirty.

Room was clean! You can tell the property is outdated but maintained well. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping tried coming in before we had left the room, way before checkout.

Kids wanted to use the indoor pool but the water was very hazy at 8:30am and you couldn’t see to the bottom at all so we skipped it. This hotel was not a good fit for our family and we will not return.

Plenty of breakfast choices. We enjoyed the pool when the swimming class wasn't being held in it.

The biggest problem was the strong odor coming from the air conditioning unit. The smell was so unpleasant that we kept spraying Febreze throughout our stay just to make the room tolerable, but that only masked the odor temporarily. The bathroom was also not up to standard. The shower was visibly dirty, with mold in the creases, and it didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly before we arrived. Because of that, I avoided using the shower altogether and washed up at the sink instead. Customer service could also use improvement. The front desk associate seemed like she didn’t want to be there. There was no greeting, smile, or friendly interaction. Since hotels welcome travelers who may be visiting from out of town, a warm and welcoming attitude can make a big difference. Overall, the hotel met the basic need of providing a place to sleep, but the cleanliness and customer service fell well below my expectations. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Disappointing

This was the worst experience staying at a hotel I think I've ever experienced. The night we checked in there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and requested to change rooms, they obliged but put me in a room that wreaked of smoke and you could literally see the haze of smoke coming from the next room. I once again requested to change rooms and get this, when I went into the room there was another person in there sleeping. ANOTHER PERSON!!! That is not only awkward its a safety issue. What makes it worse is the front desk person was not apologetic at all and they refused to refund my money saying they could only give me $67 of a $500+ stay. I will absolutely NEVER stay or recommend anyone else stay here its not clean, the staff is unprofessional and the owner takes zero accountability

The breakfast was a welcome treat after staying at so many that only offer a Continental abreqkfqst if at all. I here were quite a few restaurants meany and hetting food delivered was easy. The bed and pillows put me to sleep right away, as they were so comfortable.

It felt like home away from home! The breakfast server could have been a little more polite but we helped her out and she loosened up a bit. No complaints
