Nice stay, consistent with the other reviews. The place is clean & has a good bed & bathroom which are key. Person who checked us in must have been new as she struggled with the computer taking my credit card deposit & then gave us the wrong hours for breakfast stating it ended at 9:00 AM which left us a bit confused, then saw the time posted in the elevator. Convenient location for NC State, but you definitely pay for that too.

The staff members were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. It was very convenient to NCSU where my son was attending orientation. I will probably stay there again. That Booking.com would not help me make change to my reservations after our plans changed.

The hotel was very clean and so was our bathroom and room. Our suite was roomy. Our check in time was delayed but the supervisor awarded us 2000 points. I was satisfied with the points for the inconvenience. I will definitely stay there again.

Location was great for us. Bring back daily room refreshing. You can’t keep blaming Covid-19 for the reason why you don’t refresh a room.
