The room was lovely. It appeared to be recently updated, the carpet was new the linens were crisp and the bathroom was especially fresh and clean. I will book my next station in. NC at the Stateview.

Clean room , friendly staff , nice campus
-
The rooms are clean and organized very well, but there is construction going on and also you have to pay for parking if you’re not a Marriott Bonvoy member the hotel restaurant has one person handling reservations, seating the bar busing tables taking orders no help

The staff was great!
-
Very clean, the amenities were wonderful. So much to do in the area, yet set back in a cozy corner away from all the hustle. Lots of parking. Definitely will be back.

Overall the hotel was fine. I appreciated the trails at the lake nearby. My room had a door to an adjoining room. The door had a large gap underneath so I could hear everything happening in the adjoining room. I asked for a new room but they said they were full and could not accommodate me.
-
Clean hotel with nice outdoor pool/patio. Although my reservation was for a King size bed and we got a room with 2 queens, the staff allowed us a late check out and were pleasant and helpful in general.

Great place would definitely stay there again
-
The manager was AMAZING, he was super nice and made sure that I got to get the full experience since it was my first time being here.
-
Great location and quiet. Rooms are smaller than expected and very underwhelming for an Autobiography Collection hotel.

Did not stay at this property.

The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the greenery and the remoteness. There is a restaurant on property, but the staffing was super low so we got food delivered (:
-
Great property! Sad to see they need to charge for parking

Nice ambiance upon entering
-
Although we stayed for one night; we throughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and of course our stay was wonderful. It was clean, quiet, and definitely a hotel I will come again to.

It was clean and nice The ice machine didn’t work

The hotel was very nice, free parking, wifi and water for Marriott members. Hotel is in a quiet area and relaxing. TV had lots of channels and breakfast was excellent. Hotel is short staff. If you are depending on the restaurant as your primary source of food or drinks good luck. There was only one person taking care of the bar and people in the restaurant. Our server forgot us for our drinks and we waited 30 minutes then left. I was ready to spend $100+ but walked away. Pool area had a lack of towels. We had our own towels so we were fine. Be prepared for a plan B for food, drinks and other misfortunes. We left messages to the restaurant the day before but no one returned our calls. For a four star rated hotel, I expect better service. It should be three stars at best.
-
I need more staff in the hotel. It’s like a 25 minute wait to be seated. There was one person working in the bar de seating taking the reservations. The food orders during a crowded holiday weekend was so unacceptable.
