It was in a good location and affordable. It was right next to a soccer field and the next morning they were loudly playing soccer with an announcer using a loudspeaker.

Tv did not work. A.c. was smoking

Thankfully, the gentleman working the desk later was extremely kind, apologetic, and professional. He moved me, but the replacement room appeared occupied or completely unserviced: a backpack, large drink cups, macaroni in the sink, food and belongings everywhere, smoke odor, and a towel behind the door. Being given a working key to a room containing someone else’s belongings was especially concerning. He apologized again and offered a suite. The first suite’s door/key would not work even after reprogramming, so he arranged another. The final suite was much cleaner, though I still found several long hairs on a fabric chair and the toilet leaked after flushing. The bedroom A/C was weaker than the living-room unit, but using both cooled the suite. The gentleman who helped me deserves recognition; he genuinely tried to fix problems he did not create. Unfortunately, the property’s housekeeping, room-status control, and maintenance need serious improvement. I would not stay here again.

Good things: Parking, location and pet friendly.. but Need good coffee.. and a good cleaning. Smoke free rooms still stunk.

The location was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, checking in and out was efficient. I wish there was real sugar offered with the coffee. Seriously, that’s the only thing I can find to complain about!

The hotel and room were clean enough, although the facilities definitely need some updating. The location is very convenient since it is close to everything, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and other places. I have to highlight the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I absolutely loved the customer service and really appreciated how welcoming and attentive the staff were. The AC unit was very old, and the air quality did not seem great. We would wake up feeling congested, which was uncomfortable.

The outside is dark dirty and frightening. And it carries into the lobby and hallways. The first room downstairs smelled really bad. But the second room on the second floor was fine once I got in. No issues in the room at all.

I stayed here prior to Covid no issues. This time however I can only say the staff was good, the room was clean very clean but there was a window on the first floor hallway with a bullet hole and many, many used needles in the bushes and the rooms on the first floor smell like water damage building. My first room had mold on the ceiling. We were unable to not stay here but we will never return.

The building itself was in need of sprucing up. The room on first inspection was okay, until my husband went to take a shower. There were roaches in the tub. I was so grossed out that I didn't even take a shower! There was no coffee available as promised in the morning. We were given a 15% discount for the inconvenience, which was only $12. :( This is the second Red Roof Inn that was less than stellar. Won't be staying in another one.

We arrived and the hotel smelled of sicky sweet perfume. Waling to our room we passed the Ice Machine which has a large Out of Order sign on it. Entering our room, my son and I looked at each other and said "No F-ing way we're staying here"! The room had a nasty smell so we left immediately and got a refund (after calling customer service, which was wonderful). Also, the hotel is nowhere near downtown or the convention center.
