The location was close to the music venue we were seeing a concert at. It was only 5-6 minutes away from the Red Hat Amphitheater. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The price was decent. This really isn't the fault of the hotel, but there were some creepy old guys catcalling trying to "stay the night" with females walking outside and there were guests outside of my door fighting at 1:30 in the morning. Just inappropriate behavior.

The fence blocking you from coming in the back way was frustrating. But overall the room was clean and pillows were comfortable. Towels were actually a good quality towel. Pretty impressed for how sketchy the property looked with a huge black fence around the whole property.

I did not like anything about this hotel. It does not look like the pictures it smells not only does it smell it also does not have breakfast and if it does, you definitely don’t want to eat there. The management or receptionist was so rude and not knowledgeable at all of her job. I was actually scared to stay there thinking maybe I should have brought some type of protection you don’t wanna stay in this location it’s unsafe, clean and unfriendly.. I can't answer this because I ended up not staying the night. The location was not as depicted on the website. I inquired about parking a full size pick up with trailer and was directed to a Sam's Club due to no provisions on site. I was very uncomfortable doing this. I checked in with the clerk who was behind what i assumed may have been bullet proof glass. Not a very good impression. I inadvertently reserved a smoking room, my mistake, that lived up to that description. The room smelled like an overly used ashtray, it was severely smoke stained, the bed though made was not very inviting to sleep in. My daughter was very uncomfortable with the whole situation from the parking to the room to the sketchy individuals who seemed to be "positioned" at various places around the hotel. Due to all of this, we did not stay the night. The only positive I can give is that the clerk offered a non-smoking room which I declined.

This hotel should be torn down. There was mold on the ceiling, mold in the shower stall, the floor was sticky and we had to change rooms. We booked an ADA room and the shampoo provided was a tube with a metal sealed top, I could not get it open. The breakfast was a slice of white bread, a toaster and a butter spread. The ice machine is only accessible if the front desk person holds down a button to release the ice. There were about 75 cameras on the property. I did not feel safe there and wanted to leave but it was midnight already. I do not recommend this place. Drive on to a safer place.

I didn't get around to the breakfast as we brought our own food. The location was within a reasonable space to and from my intended destination. When we got into the room, there were a ton of flies in there. So, we had to spray them constantly. After the second night, it seemed to improve. The floor had to be cleaned as it was dirty. We didn't mind doing it.

The location has great access to the convention center and there is only one entrance and exit making the parking feel more secure. The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable. The provided mini fridge did not work well. The staff were indifferent; not rude per se, but not very friendly. The A/C struggled to keep the room comfortable and the room was very humid.
