The property & room was clean, no bugs There’s nothing that I didn’t like about

Staff was kind and professional, the room was very clean and the location was close to downtown, shops, etc. The traffic and other guests were very loud at all hours of the night

The front dress was absent without a replacement,which in turn made my day terrible after a long day of work. The area, is full of transit people wondering and loitering. It is off a highway where multiple cars are speeding. With no walk way or cross walk in site. There are no public bathrooms. There is , what looks like bulletproof glass everywhere. The rooms are very section 8 ,human resources acquired. Very torn and tattered walls ,fixtures and furniture. More of a turnover motel than a place to rest and recoup.

Dirty, bugs in the room. Pictures of the property very misleading. No information listed about the terrible location. I felt unsafe in the area. The listing says “complimentary breakfast” and it was literally just bread. That’s insane.

Pet friendly. Friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations.

I liked how I was able to book the same room when we had to spend another night however we paid $15 more for it so we wouldn’t have to go to another hotel. I paid for king size bed and confirmed the room the day before. I arrived and I no longer had the room. Put me in 2 double beds room. No discounts. Refrigerator didn’t work.

Huge bathroom and nearby gas restaurants and more Didn’t include hair dryer Breakfast very limited Need to add more breakfast like pancakes. Gluten free pancakes. Syrup for pancake and sugar free syrup also more cereal. Water waffles. Eggs scrambles both regular and no high fructose corn syrup ketchup home fries wheat bread not just white break and more extra good breakfast If someone stay for five day then I expect decide to leave the 4th day instead of 5th then need refund full or partial refund to satisfied customers who stay there as for example me Small refrigerator need medium refrigerator with freezer on top two separate doors to keep cold and freeze. If someone want to buy ice cream or frozen foods need add. I think that’s all for now. Thanks

I like that it was close by convenience stores I didn’t like that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working.

Bad

The fence blocking you from coming in the back way was frustrating. But overall the room was clean and pillows were comfortable. Towels were actually a good quality towel. Pretty impressed for how sketchy the property looked with a huge black fence around the whole property.
