Better breakfast

Old good except that it took hours to get a n extra pillow

Wonderful staff breakfast was great convenience with travel to and from NC State where our daughter is going to school

Espectacular servicio , limpieza y trankilidad 15 de 10 .No voy a dejar de mencionar que hoy lunes 3 de agosto fue nuestro último día habían dos empleadas en la cocina y una de ellas pelo claro con espejuelos camisa gris clara le comento a la otra compañera que mi esposo había cogido mucho desayuno creo q comentario fuera de lugar ya que estas pagando por los servicios y nos 😔 sentimos muy mal ,así que esa persona tiene que tener más empatia para trabajar .

Sad we didn’t get to try the pool because of the weather though. 🫠

Not a bad stay, but the facility and room looked like it was unfinished. The lobby had bare walls where paintings or pictures should have been, awkward furniture layouts, etc... The breakfast area layout was strange, plates were far from the silverware, food was spread out, not really a complaint, just added to the strange vibe. The room had a "we're going to charge you if you steel our towels, blankets, pillows, etc..." sign which made it feel low class.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and hotel. The breakfast staff was very friendly.

The room had an eerie sound that wouldn't stop-it made it difficult to sleep or rest.

Called to tell them i would be checking in late. When I got there, the doors were locked and no one was at the desk. No one answered the phone, i was stuck outside until another guest went inside. I finally found an employee to check in. The room was pretty clean, a few hairs in the bathroom. Took FOREVER for the water to get warm. The breakfast was not very good, the eggs were awful. In reality, about a 3.5 stay.

Convenient to Coastal Credit Union Amphitheater for concerts, close to food and shopping options right off I40. Pool hours didn't allow us to check it out, breakfast was lower end continental but the staff was great!

Everything about this hotel was great except the price. It was $197 for one night and there is no way this hotel is a $197/night hotel. I was in town for the Train concert and sadly I suspect they jacked the prices up for the concert.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful and polite and parking was good. Breakfast could have been better. Hot oatmeal and a variety of fresh fruit would be a nice option!

Clean room, easy check in, breakfast wasn’t that good though.

Thought the room and facilities were very good. Staff was helpful and even at breakfast the one lady went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when going to Raleigh.😊

The breakfast “buffet” is a joke!! Otherwise, a great place to stay.

It was clean, staff were very pleasant and it was quiet at night. Room was nice.

On the day of check out they charged me an extra $60. When I called and asked why, I was told it was a mistake and would be reversed in a few days. A few days later they charged me over $100 more. Continuing to try to speak to them and they cannot give me answer as to why it is happening.
