Besides a dead grasshopper in my room, everything else was clean and great!

Was traveling and only needed the room for one night, so didn't have much interaction with staff but when I needed to, they were helpful. Room was clean, air was off upon arrival but cooled down pretty quick. Plenty of parking and seemd to be in a good location to get to anywhere you needed to be quick.

The room was very clean and cozy. The air conditioning was nice and cold. I like this location. I've stayed here twice and would recommend it for budget conscious travelers who need a nice place to stay.

We had 2 rooms. My daughter sent me a picture of a bug she found running on the floor. It was a Greman roach!! They found 6 of these things in their room! The person running the desk acted like it was no big deal. Wouldn't give her a different room amd it was after 1 in the morning so trying to find a different hotel was impossible due to a concert and a convention on the area. Bare bones room, shower flooded the bathroom, 2 towels 2 washcloths no hairdryer in the rooms. Will not be back and highly suggest someone look into these issues.

The location was near where I needed to be. Where to start? The office staff was foreign and hard to understand. The room door key was extremely difficult to operate / intermittent. The outside temp was 96 degrees. On arrival the air conditioning was OFF - the room was oppressively hot and it took over 2 hours to become tolerable. There was no clothes bar with clothes hangers. There was a dead bug on the sink. There was only one sheet on the bed instead of the traditional two. No complementary shampoo. The soap was so thin it had cracked - at home I throw away bars of soap when they get that small. I am 76 yo. Safety is important and I did not feel particularly safe. There is more, but the attached photo of the plate on the door sums it up.
