Everything was great. Nice friendly staff.

Amazing property tucked into a nice shaded corner. Two issues tho… The scenery out of our window was not a pleasant one and the breakfast left much to be desired.

The staff member CAROL was awesome. She very helpful and kind.

Slow WiFi. Place needs a remodel. It’s old, but serviceable with great staff.

Clean room, good atmosphere. Didn't use any of the other amenities. Im sure they were fantastic as well.

The employees are what make this hotel so special. From the front desk to the people who set up the breakfast buffet just the people who are vacuuming the hallways. They smiled when they saw you coming they said good morning. They just made you feel good.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. I stayed in the Hampton Inn Suites in Greensboro last year in which enjoyed the breakfast very much so I was looking for the same here. Overall I was pleased with the service, but the breakfast quality was not quiet what I expected.

Wonderful buffet breakfast!

I contacted Hilton customer service, but they couldn't offer a refund because Booking.com took the reservation. I complained in a phone call to Booking.com, but never heard back from a rep who said she would call me back after confirming situation with property. That was on May 11! Total silence since then. I will try my best to never give any more business to either of these two inept, unresponsive, and inconsiderate businesses.
