Everything was very good, room was clean, food was good. Vending machine on the ground floor was broken.

Great location, great customer service at front desk. All staff were great but front desk service was superb with food recommendations on a sheet made up for guests was helpful and cool etc. food was great at hotel lobby open fave meatloaf sandwhich with fried egg and gravy on top will sit you down! lol and on the 16th floor the breakfast was amazing as well. Will stay again 💙

Convenient to the red hat where we saw a concert. Felt safe waking at night. The hotel was perfect.

Location was amazing for what we came for. The hotel is beautiful when you walk in. Maintenance man we met was very nice. The restaurant looked nice but we didn’t try it. Parking deck being attached to the hotel is wonderful. They didn’t have my reservation. Changed my room type which was okay I guess. The pool was like a sauna and it was 90 degrees outside. Couldn’t swim. The rooms AC was broken and they couldn’t move our room so we were given box fans for the duration of our stay. The forced “incidental” fee just to force spending at the hotel is weird. Beds were kinda hard so didn’t get a great nights sleep.

We got our room and the A/C was not working. Had to call them to fix it. They came and they fixed it
