The pool was a huge disappointment. It was not heated as advertised. Also I was told that overnight parking cost $15/night but it was actually $24/night.

Also one of the days we were locked out of our hotel room because the door lock battery had died.

U need to pay for parking. It would be nice if the hotel would validate parking.

Proximity to venues, shops and restaurants. Pool was too cold. I did not see advertised heated pool so I won't say it was misrepresented but it wasn't comfortable enough for me.

Some of the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. The only negative i can say is the in room AC struggle to cool the room to under 74.
