The Casso, Raleigh, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Nothing really. Nothing was above average. The cleaning is a joke. The room had dirt cups, the floor was full of dusty and debris, one of the towels was stained, and being a pet friendly hotel you should properly clean it. My wife is allergic to dogs and she got really bad in there.

My only reason for not giving it excellent was the entire area surrounding the hotel was just meh.. like lots of restaurants and coffee shops across from the hotel but they were literally empty, just felt a little deserted. Same at the hotel, like 1 person at the bar and zero people using the restaurant. Just felt boring, no ambiance. We travelled up to the North Shopping district - 10 min away.. much busier, and more to do.

I had a great experience. All of the staff were great. Loved that the parking deck was close and easy to get to.

Everything. The location was excellent. The room was great. The staff was friendly. The hotel sits right next to the train tracks and the trains can be noisy.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great downtown location. Walkable to a variety of restaurants. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself is beautiful. It has a fun boutique vibe with stylish décor, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown attractions, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the restaurant and bar. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. If you're visiting Raleigh, I can't recommend The Casso enough. It perfectly blends modern comfort with Southern hospitality, and it truly made our trip even more memorable. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in town!

I checked in late for my one-night staycation for Mother’s Day. The front-desk staff extended my checkout by 2 hours (no fee) so that I could enjoy more time. I was so grateful!

Location

Great price, great location. Quietest hotel I ever stayed in. I thought I must be the only one staying on my whole floor because I never heard a single door open and close or the elevator ding. Maybe they have some soundproofing.
