Amazing staff so friendly, polite and helpful. Espresso bar was top tier.

Cute updated motel. Need to request housekeeping but I guess vacuuming is not included. Asked for an extended checkout out. It’s 25 per hour which I’ve never heard of before.
-
Great location with a lot of options within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property itself feels dated due to its age. A good home base if you plan on being out and about all day.

Great hotel, cool bar in the lobby

The receptionists were helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and no musky smell including the bathroom. The linens were soft and clean. The AC functioned properly.

Great place to stay!!!!

I liked everything about this property. The price was reasonable, every employee I interacted with was warm and friendly, and the location was within walking distance of many dining options and attractions.

This not a hotel, it’s a no frills motel. The room was clean but it was a very basic room. I’ve never been to a “Hotel”that doesn’t even give you a box of tissues. It took a minute to find the small pack of tissues that looked like a bar of hand soap. The floor lamp was so dim you couldn’t even tell if it was on in the dark. It was fine for a night but not an extended stay. The location was great if you are looking to be downtown.

This was a cozy location right next to where I needed to be for a conference the next day. They had food and Bingo the night I was there but I chose to venture out a little. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and a museum close by. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Wow, what a surprise. Super location, incredible staff, wonderful amenities, many thoughtful touches. This is the place we will stay whenever we go to Raleigh. Highly recommended.

We had a great first stay here! And I said first because we will definitely be returning. The room was clean, bed comfy, and the extra space was great. We had a great time in their cute retro lounge! Shout to the bar tender, Sarah, best bees knees I’ve had outside my home. Well done Longleaf!! See you soon...

Great place to stay. The staff was great. Loved the lounge.

I was really leased with this hotel. The rooms are somewhat small and minimally designed, but that should be expected with an older, renovated property with mid-century mod style. The room was really well appointed though - lots of good options from the mini bar/room amenities. Where they really kill it is with the lounge area. The patio was gorgeous, the cocktails were high quality, and the morning coffee was better than I usually expect from hotel coffee. My ONLY complaint is that the dumpsters were emptied in the middle of the night so I was awoken to the loud sound of glass clattering despite my brown noise machine, which was slightly disappointing.

Lovely hotel thank you !!

Housed inside a hotel that absolutely oozes character, The Lounge at the Longleaf holds its own and then some. The space is effortlessly charming, with a retro-cool vibe that feels authentic rather than manufactured. The biggest surprise was the bar program. The bartender was a far better mixologist than you might expect from a hotel lounge, turning out cocktails that would be right at home in many of Raleigh's dedicated cocktail bars. It's easy to see why both hotel guests and locals seem to gravitate here. In an era where so many hotel bars feel like an afterthought, The Lounge feels like a destination in its own right. Between the welcoming atmosphere, quality drinks, and undeniable character, it's hard not to fall for this place. I can't say enough good things about The Lounge or the Longleaf Hotel itself. Both are a breath of fresh air.....preferably enjoyed with a cocktail in one hand and a beer chaser in the other.
