Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown/Seaboard Station

From the moment we got there for our four night stay, until we left, everything was fantastic. Great location, breakfast bar, room, gym, staff, all outstanding. Thank you.

Room was clean and breakfast better than average but the thing that was the deal breaker is horrible inadequate space to park and unload. Once unloaded good luck finding a parking space outside of the parking garage that bilked me out of $60 for a day’s stay. Ò

Water pressure could be better. Would like to see a magnifying mirror added to the bathroom. A/C was GREAT!

Enjoyed the stay

Hotel was great. Parking was a problem.

Valet service and check in was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and the bar options near the pool and on the rooftop are a nice touch. Breakfast was solid and the location is about a 10 minute walk to downtown with entertainment nearby as well.

I had decided to splurge a bit with this hotel, and I must say the extra money wasn't worth it. The most disappointing thing: surprise charge for parking. For a two night stay, I had to pay for three day's parking, a total of $75. (This is not, btw, the valet parking price, but a garage a block away.) The breakfast was adequate -- but no better than less-expensive Courtyard by Marriott or Fairfield Inn. The tables were sticky and had not been cleaned. The room wasn't large was was nice-looking and basically fine. Bed comfortable. The bathroom was attractive, but I'm sorry to report there was a faint but distinct septic smell which seemed stronger in the morning. On the plus side, we were allowed an early check-in which was very much appreciated, and allowed to hang out on the pool deck a few hours after our check-out. And the lobby was chic.

Parking was not clear, valet service up front has limited space to pull up. Front entrance is difficult to find. Breakfast disappointing. Staff very friendly and helpful.
