Great hotel!

The hotel was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff was all professional and helpful at every interaction. The Seaboard Station location has convenient access to both downtown and to Capital Boulevard, but the parking in that area, if you're unprepared for it, is a bit more hassle than if there were a regular parking lot. It's more like in a larger city where there is only parking in adjacent parking decks and you either do that, or you use the valet. Not a problem for many people, but if you're expecting to need access to your car, you need to have a plan. The area is newer and has an up-and-coming feel, and it's very walkable, however it's kind of contained within just a couple of blocks unless you want to keep on walking all the way to downtown. But it was a good stay and the breakfast is very nice.

We had an issue with our initial room and they changed us immediately to another nice room which was clean and comfortable. Their customer service was also amazing! Thank you so very much!

The location was perfect. It was next to the event I was attending. Staff was very friendly. My room was very clean. I did not eat breakfast. However, it did smell good. Only issue was it was a fire drill/fire around 12:30 1 o’clock in the morning. Everyone got out safe and the issue was resolved.

Great place! Free breakfast and pool area really nice. Hotel had a kitchenette and u can walk to some restaurants. Only downside was needing to pay for parking.
