Staff were great, room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was kepot clean and nicely neat. Housekeeping, however, may take forever; one night the knocked on our door at around 7.30 pm to clean the room. Way too late! We were almost ready to go to sleep. We had to request extra towels for the following day and just wait until the next day to have the room cleaned. Another thing I would fix is...you don't get complimentary water except for the first day! We stayed for 5 nights and had to buy our water, which was $4 each bottle! We ended up getting two galos from Walmart at the price of one single bottle. The funny part is that we could get free coffee or lemonade from the lobby every day, which is more expensive than water! Nice hotel, extremely quiet and conveniently located across the Convention Center. I would definitely stay again, but next time I'll bring my own water.

Beautiful hotel. Price was reasonable and perfect area for the venue my girls attended.

Room was very clean. Small fridge on the floor. No microwave. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant onsite. Currently no alcohol served but they are working on getting licensed. Breakfast for two, costed about $40 including tip. Dinner was around $70. Both meals were good. Parked at a garage not owned by the establishment but directly across the street. Parking was $10 per day.

Location was convenient. Parking garage nearby was great.

room was not cleaned till 6pm

The room was okay. I was on the 16th floor. The AC didn’t really blow cool air. I put the AC on 64 because it was so hot and when I woke the next morning, it still was not 64. The shower was outdated. I expected the shower to belong to a lower level chain. The tv in the room would randomly cut off. There also was not wifi. I do not fault staff for the lack of wifi. I do not fault staff for *any* of the issues I experienced because it is the owner who needs to perform renovations and maintenance on AC.

there was also a pride parade, which in itself is great but the stage where the band & djs were located was right outside the hotel, my windows vibrating until 10pm!!! disappointed is an understatement!!!
-
AC was broken - room was 85 degrees all night AC was broken - room was 85 degrees all night

It was great location and friendly.

This is my second time staying at Sheraton,. It’s great hotel but when I went this time, the AC was broken. I went out thinking the temperature would go down in my room but came back to it being just as hot. Upon calling, I was told it was broken throughout the hotel apparently. They told me my stay would be comped but have not received any emails or money back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. Only disappointment was that the bar in the lobby wasn’t in service.
-
Room was nice as expected at a top hotel , So i was very surprised that there was no free coffee in the lobby and the coffee makers in the room kept malfunctioning?????
-
Not much AC did not work. My room never got below 78. Staff was rude
-
The coffee maker and the coffee pods didn’t actually fit each other and the room wouldn’t get cool. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.
-
Very clean room only complaint there was no microwave in the room that’s what I’m use to. Staff very helpful. Didn’t like parking so well. When we arrived we took our luggage to the room maybe 10 minutes came back out to sight see having to pay a 8 fee regardless how long you were parked.
-
Clean well maintained with very good staff. Would use again if traveling through that area.
-
Great stop for an overnight stay while traveling south.
-
Location and staff Little upgrades in rooms needed. They are very clean though. New pillows
-
The room we were in, 1401, had no air conditioning. The hotel was completely booked because of the hurricanes parade and there were no rooms we could move to. The staff was less than helpful and we ended up checking out a night early because of no ac. Will never stay here again. Absolutely, terrible.

Nice location My air wasn’t working that well. Room was hot
