Lovely clean room and excellent location. However, during our stay we asked for additional pillows because I got sick on them and apparently they didn’t have any- which was pretty frustrating and very confusing.

I do not recommend using this hotel. We were in town for one night. The air conditioning, television, and half the lights did not work. 11:30 pm a maintenance worker came and resolved most of the issues. This came at the end of a long day touring colleges and attending a concert. Literally all we wanted to do was relax/sleep and it was nearly impossible.

Dislike: Incompetent staff The desk staff was too quick to issue a key without asking for accessibility needs. No support for veterans and/or people with disabilities. If injured, do not stay here! My wife walked in the hotel using a cane and we got the farthest room in the 9th floor. No broadband TV channels (antenna does not work during rainy days). The in-house phone does not work. Hence, call cannot be made to the desk staff. We tried calling the desk to change room but the room phone was not working at all.

Tub was filthy and room smelt like cat pee. Very dated. Only upside is it's close to Red Hat Amphitheater.

My only difficulty was dealing with the elevator's occasional malfunctions (e.g., card reader sensitivity, opening doors while the elevator was not level with the floor).
