Parking is listed in the description, but it’s in public parking decks without a hotel discount.

It was great, would stay there again

The staff were extremely warm and welcoming! Beautiful building and very clean room. Wish I had more time there.

Very dated building. Extremely poor value

When we booked amenities included a pool and a bar. There was not pool (recently closed?) And because the bar had recently changed ownership there was no liquor license. A bit disappointing but it was clean and very comfortable

I couldn’t check in until 2 hours way past check in and nothing was offered to compensate me due to them being way behind. Cost time for an event I was attending.

Towel was dirty, ac didn’t work, tv didn’t work… upgraded the room to a different room. Everything worked, however the towel was still dirty in the bathroom…. Overall not terrible, but…. Not memorable. Hopefully this place makes improvements because I’d consider staying here again in the future.

One night stay for a sports tournament. Air conditioner never cooled the room. There are no sleeper sofas, called to verify before reserving the room and rep stated yes there was one. Online description says yes there is …there was none in the whole hotel. Would not have booked if they were honest about that part. The boys needed their own sleeping area due to their size. Water in bathroom got warm but not hot.

Everyone was so nice and it was a great place to stay. It was extremely convenient because we had to be at the convention center. Only thing that would have made it better, was breakfast for everyone at no additional cost and larger refrigerators in room.

The check-in was easy and courteous. We were given a free breakfast for one day. Great meal with ample portions. Parking was free on Saturday and Sunday across the street in a parking garage, but would be pricey for non-weekend stays. Some of the furnishings in the room need upgrading.

Was very clean and a close walk to everything we needed

The property was great, good location, but doesn’t provide parking.

The hotel was fine for our stay. The front desk staff and parking, not so much. Staff could not or would not help much with info about where to park. Parking was absolutely to expensive.

It wasn't the best but wasn't the worse... No drink machines on any floor you have to buy at front desk... They don't serve alcohol in the lounge anymore on 17th floor... And floor 16 the whole ice machine is removed

The hotel is in a great location, but needs some updating. The TV in our room was very old and did not get many stations. (It’s not a Smart TV so you can’t stream). In addition, the sink had no hot water. We decided to live with it since we were only staying one night and the shower did have hot water. The worst part of our stay was our noisy neighbors. The people in the next room were extremely loud and kept us awake until 2:30am. The room has a door where the rooms can be used as adjoining. The people next door kept messing with the door even after we called downstairs and complained. Not sure why so many people were in one room. All in all, it was a bad experience!

Good location downtown

We took a train to Raleigh, stayed overnight, and had an amazing time. The hotel was in a perfect location near the train station and the nightclub.

Staff were great, room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was kepot clean and nicely neat. Housekeeping, however, may take forever; one night the knocked on our door at around 7.30 pm to clean the room. Way too late! We were almost ready to go to sleep. We had to request extra towels for the following day and just wait until the next day to have the room cleaned. Another thing I would fix is...you don't get complimentary water except for the first day! We stayed for 5 nights and had to buy our water, which was $4 each bottle! We ended up getting two galos from Walmart at the price of one single bottle. The funny part is that we could get free coffee or lemonade from the lobby every day, which is more expensive than water! Nice hotel, extremely quiet and conveniently located across the Convention Center. I would definitely stay again, but next time I'll bring my own water.

Beautiful hotel. Price was reasonable and perfect area for the venue my girls attended.
