ClubHouse Hotel & Suites - Rapid City

very clean , shower was nice, bed was ok , size of room the microwave was to low and very small ....refrigerator was not what I expected should be full size

The hotel is located within walking distance of an excellent restaurant that serves excellent dinner entrees.

This was by far one of my favorite hotel stays! The rooms were spotless, the king size bed was incredibly comfortable, the customer service was warm and prompt, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful! Everything made for such a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would happily stay here again! Plus, pet-friendly! (:

It was so clean , I loved the workout room and pool I loved every thing

We stayed at for 6 days and our room was only cleaned once ( as in beds made, toilet paper and towels restocked). We were told that 4 of the housekeeping staff quit…. Another staff member told us they all had the flu. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper . The breakfast that was provided daily was ok….a large variety of items but not very good .

Room was clean, staff very nice, breakfast delicious, spacious areas, beautiful views from balcony!!

This hotel was wonderful! My only comment is that the body wash in the shower was empty.

Everyone was so helpful kind and welcoming. The front desk people all went out of their way to help.

Love everything about this hotel, including staff, breakfast, cleanliness, parking and distance from the famous national parks and monuments.

Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable but pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was good for a buffet style and staff was friendly and helpful

I didn’t like the fact that there were no dressers. Normally we would not stay at one place for the full week however, this time we decided rather than living out of a suitcase, we’d stay at one place however we ended up living out of the suitcase anyway. Room house cleaning was at Best average.

The rooms are clean the staff is great. Very convenient location

Loved everything!!!

Other than this big problem everyone and everything was top notch !

Room was spacious and clean beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good.

Like a home away from home!

The hotel is a step above the others in the area. The building alone is beautiful from the outside with a nice deck area with fireplace for gathering. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern bathrooms. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful in providing suggestions for the area, as well as hotel amenities. The breakfast was pretty good, a little better than a holiday inn, as they offered fresh cut fruit, not fruit in a packaged sugar bowl. Parking was plentiful and free.

It was clean.

They do provide dove soap products in bathroom. Mini fridge is a good size and works well. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly.

Very clean and staff was very friendly. Great options for breakfast and the neighbor restaurant was very good.
