ClubHouse Hotel & Suites - Rapid City

Excellent place to stay right off highway 16. Breakfast was wonderful. Place was clean. Staff very accommodating.

Only complaint was an annoying blinking light on room ceiling overnight. Supposed to be a smoke detector (according to staff). They should change that imo.

Easy access to the main roads around rapid city. The hotel was very clean and inviting. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff was so helpful.

Lovely looking place, though we found the bed and especially the pillows uncomfortable. And they tried to charge a fee not included on Expedia...they did agree to take it off, but what if I hadn't noticed it!

Rooms were modern, clean and large. Superior views, large assortment of items for breakfast. Great location. Staff attentive and friendly.

Diamond in the rough hotel. Away from most shopping or restaurants but upscale value hotel that looks and smells brand new. Plus cheaper per night than Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn express. Highly recommend.

Hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was well stocked with extras and very clean and bright. Staff was extremely helpful. Excellent service.

Very spacious and clean room. I’m not sure how new this place is, but it feels new. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was upper-end of standard hotel breakfast. Very convenient to Badlands, Custer and Mt. Rushmore. Make sure to do all three.

Get hotel. Second year for Sturgis Rally and the property is in pristine condition. Good size parking lot and biker friendly.

The hotel was understaffed. No housekeeping service, and we stayed three days. No towels in the pool. I went to the front desk and he said he had none either. Room above us was incredibly loud. I called front desk at midnight and received empty dial tone, so I called the room myself. A lot of street noise as well. (Though mostly motorcycles). Breakfast the first morning was very nice. The next two mornings were not. Oatmeal watered down, bagels others had touched and put back in the container, empty shelves in fridge area and muffins/bread. When I booked, the hotel had a 9.6 rating. I paid extra and stayed a bit out of town hoping this would be a higher end stay. It was not.
