Friendly staff and spacious room.

Room had hair on the floor in the washroom, on the shower curtain, in one of the beds. (Not my hair, I’m blonde). The washroom didn’t have soap, only body wash in the shower. Not a great stay at all.

Breakfast offered many options but was a little hit or miss. Pool was great, warm and there was a nice hot tub.

Customer service is beyond any other hotel in Rapid City. Great location. New hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and we loved everything about it. The room was clean and very spacious along with a nice balcony. We swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. Definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a nice room to stay neat Mt Rushmore.

Nice clean place. I just hoped if they had larger bathroom sink counter (to put our stuff).

The facilities are modern and kept clean. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool multiple times. Breakfast was good with choices of scrambled eggs, toast or muffins or bagels. The ham was delicious, too. We enjoyed our stay since the location was convenient to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial and Custer State Park as well as the airport.

Property one yr old, very clean and quiet. There is free parking. The pool and spa looked clean, however, we didn’t use it. Close to Mt Rushmore, Keystone, Crazy Horse Memorial and Rapid City town. We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast. Many options to choose from: bread, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffle, toast and other hot items. 4 juices to pick from and regular milk & soy milk. I would definitely stay at this hotel chain and this property again.

We stayed here for a few days this June as a dog-friendly option. Staff were helpful and the building was relatively new and very clean. The manager offered a treat to our dog and made it clear the hotel was okay with dogs. We got a walkout King room which was perfect for the dog as we could take her out without going through the hotel. Breakfast was also good with chewy bagels and many options.

Large gathering area. We had parents receptions there in the evening. Other non- associated groups there too and it worked for everybody. Breakfasts were varied and all offerings were great. Patio of the Rapid city location was gorgeous. Rooms were large and clean. My only change would be to add a set of clothing drawers (we were there for 5 nights).

Loved the outside seating with a fire pit and balcony seating. Maybe a little more choices for breakfast like homemade cinnamon rolls or coffee cake fruit

Good location for sightseeing. The property is very new. Everything is nice and well appointed. Breakfast is way above average. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rapid City.

What a great stop. Conveniently located, the restaurant next door (partnered with the hotel) was quick with a pick up order and had great food. The front desk assistant Carlos was so helpful and kind. Great pool and breakfast. The comfiest bed ever!

The problem started at bed time. The floors transmit noise like crazy. We could "watch" our upstairs neighbor walking across floor. The sound transmission from floor to floor was terrible. We don't know why the upstairs neighbor was so active,but it went on from 10-1130pm. 2nd the smoke detectors had a strobe light flashing every 20-30 seconds like someon taking your picture. That can't be fire code. I get a green or red blinking led to signify power, this was ridiculous, you could see it with your eyes closed!! Needless to say it wasn't a restful night. I don't know how to get rid of sound except put carpet in upper floors. I would like to stay again but because of the noise and strobe light all night we will not be back.

The online photos don’t do this hotel justice. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful, like they were welcoming you to their own house. The included breakfast was excellent. They even had a free of charge “managers reception” in the afternoon with wine, beer, soft drinks. All in all, this hotel was a big step up from the usual chain hotel. It is more of a luxury hotel at a reasonable price.

Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful property. Breakfast was good. They even allowed us to check in early. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend if you are staying in Rapid City!
