Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rapid City - Rushmore South by IHG

The trash was not taken out in our room, nor was it cleaned properly. There was no streaming available due to antiquated televisions. The gym and the pool were dirty and had a foul odor.

It was convenient and the breskfast was good. It looked clean but old inside. The bedspread was clean but it was obvious it was used a lot . I think those things made you question the cleanliness of this room. Also the tub had old stains in it. It was much more expensive than others we have stayed in that were much nicer. I think the price increased because it was July 3.

The room was VERY clean and comfortable, however there was not a shower curtain in the bathroom? The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Parking was very easy. We'd stay there again if the opportunity comes around.

It was very clean and open. We especially liked the outdoor seating area The pancake machine was broken every time we tried to use it.

Staff was excellent, moving us to a room to accommodate my spouse's broken foot (shower with a bench seat) at the last minute. Good location for tourist traffic, although no on-site cafe or lounge. Most anything was available at nearby gas station or the Walmart just down the hill. I will stay here again.

It was great. Had 3 grandchildren with us. Breakfast was great
