Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rapid City - Rushmore South by IHG

Exceptional

Clean and modern. Comfortable bed and bathroom was clean and bright. The breakfast is nice but there’s so much single use plastic and paper that gets thrown away. Also, please include plain yogurt that is not flavored.

The two people at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming. Room smelled like dirty feet. The carpet was spotted and the ceiling had visual water issues.

Very good

Clean room

The hotel is well-located; the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the mattress is comfortable. There is always a good selection of options at breakfast.

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location.

everything....i do believe it was the best hotel i have ever stayed in. The breakfast was very good and the best crisp bacon ever. worth every dollar to stay here. highly recommend. there is nothing bad to say about this place

Came in at 2 am. Front desk staff excellent. Room good, beds comfy, shower ahhhmazing

Ok

We complained about the mold on the floor of the shower. They said they addressed it the next day and there was no difference. We bought cleaning products and spent 20 minutes and got it out. They wouldn’t compensate us, only offered to move us after we did their job.

Rooms, bathroom, breakfast, everything was great. Very high priced. I believe it's due the Mount Rushmore area near by.

Enjoyed staying here. Everything was great.

Great, clean, newer hotel. Awesome breakfasts. Onsite laundry. No complaints!

Spa was great and clean. Room was quiet, shower amenities were great. Sheets were clean, but had a few stains. Bedspread looked a little dirty so we took it off the bed and used a different blanket. Breakfast didn’t start early enough for us to eat before we got on the road- would have been better if it started at 6 rather than 7. Fire alarm in room had a green flashing light on it which was disruptive.

It is a nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The pool is FREEZING.

The room was very clean.. Breakfast was amazing! So many options! The beds in the room were harder than we are used to but it was ok.

By the end of my stay, the night staff knew me by name and room number.
