The supervisor for the daily breakfast has wonderful customer service skills. She is friendly, keeps the food well stocked, helpful and gracious.

Convenient location

The hotel is really nice and clean. Continental breakfast is good which is better to say than some places!

It was close to MT Rushmore, Rapid City and the airport!!! No complaints!

Hotel room was clean and spacious. The daily breakfast was nice. Many different options to choose from. My husband loved the bed , he wants one now. Staff was very friendly.

Parking was ample and staff were friendly and efficient. Property was clean and location was convenient. Breakfast buffet had good variety and fitness center was clean with a small area for weights and machines. We enjoyed our stay.

The trash was not taken out in our room, nor was it cleaned properly. There was no streaming available due to antiquated televisions. The gym and the pool were dirty and had a foul odor.

Very convenient location, easy check in and access to room. Newer finishes and fixtures, very clean. Breakfast was very good if routine (you had me at BACON!) and always love the pancake robot! Price was ouch, but comparable to lesser places on a holiday weekend.

Nice and clean & quiet, good shower & tv & breakfast! No weird smells! Perfect place to crash after a full day!
