Easy stay for a stop over to see family on our way to SPI. AC blew cold and kept the humidity out! Our room had quite a bit of mold in the bathroom and the shower/tub fixtures were very poorly maintained. TV didn’t work in the room. Only a 2 night stay so we didn’t bother with letting them send up anyone from maintenance.

I’ve been staying at the Holiday Inn for years this one in Raymondville TX is amazing. Their hospitality is excellent! I will continue to stay here!

We were assigned to a room with broken wall, a broken chair, and a broken on-well charger, also smelly. We reported to the front desk and they helped to change another room, looks normal no odor, but one broken charger. I reported and told them that we are okay with the new room. Also they helped us a late check-out. But we tried to check out normally the other day. Breakfast is good. Bed is comfortable. Rooms are clean. Some rusted pipes in bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent. The pool was out of commission, unfortunately. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Shower was dirty. No supply of toilet tissue available in the room. No towels by the pool. No working ice machines. Dirty carpet in lobby and main hall. Elevators were even dirty

The room was great! Very clean and quiet. Breakfast stopped at 10am but everything was empty at 9:20 and they turned everything off at 9:30 just in time for the chunk of people come out for breakfast before checking out. No eggs, sausage, and the pancake bag was empty. Took 5 people to complain for them to bring out more food. No one at the front desk for most of the hour as people were trying to check out. The food and the front desk was the only problem we had.
